Everyone was out on dates today, but I turned my bachelor room in Hyderabad into a 5-star restaurant! 🕯️✨

Who needs a date when you have this 10/10 room-made Chicken Chilli? 🍗🔥 Ladki dhoka de sakti hai... ye crispy chicken kabhi nahi! 😂🙌

It was 2 AM and my kitchen was basically empty... 😭
I only had 1 Tomato and 1 Onion left in my "Floor Fridge."
So I decided to make my favorite Gorkhey Chutney (Spicy Burnt Tomato Chutney).

But wait... I didn't even have a Chopping Board! ❌
So I used a Steel Plate upside down instead. (Bachelor Life Hack 101 🧠).
The Roti shape became the Map of India 🇮🇳😂 but the taste was 10/10!

Recipe:
🔥 Roast Garlic, Onion & Green Chili in oil.
🍅 Add Chopped Tomatoes, Salt & Red Chili.
🥣 Mash it until soft & spicy.
✅ Enjoy with Roti!

Today I explored Kondapur Street Food and found this unique combo!
But the journey was crazy... The Auto driver was driving like he was in Fast & Furious! 🏎️💨
And finally... The Best Pani Puri (Puchka) after a long wait.
Because the vlog is incomplete without Sukha Puri, right? ✅

I was craving Chicken Fried Rice but the delivery apps were asking for ₹300! 😭
I checked my pocket... and I only had ₹50.
So I challenged myself: Can I beat the restaurant taste using yesterday's Leftovers?
The result was SHOCKING. 🤯 Why waste money when you can make this at home?
Ingredients Used:
🍗 Leftover Fried Chicken & Rice
🥬 Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion, Carrot, Tomato
🧂 Salt, Ajinomoto, Ketchup & Soya Sauce

WARNING: Do not eat this... unless you want to be addicted! 🛑🤤

On Day 19 of my 100 Days Challenge, my friends threw a massive party in Hyderabad! We started with traditional Sikkim Pork (Sungur ko Masu) and Raya ko Saag, and I took over the kitchen to cook my Signature Chicken Chilly! 🍗🔥
But the real challenge? I tried Raw Salmon Sashimi for the first time in my life. Watch until the end to see if I survived the taste! 🤢➡️😋
