I purchased the Revolt RV400 two years ago, full of hope in a new Indian EV brand.
But what followed was 2 years of zero after-sales service, zero response to complaints, and complete ignorance. Despite multiple emails and calls, I have received NO free servicing, NO support.
My bike's pulley set and belt failed recently and I had to pay ₹8000 from my own pocket. And yes, I’m still paying EMI.
Revolt only cared until they sold the bike. After that, they disappeared.
This is not just a complaint.
This is a warning to every new EV buyer — check the after-sales reality before trusting the marketing.
