Welcome in Episode 2 of Delhi to Jaipur Bike ride, In this video i am exploring the "Capital of Rajasthan" Jaipur

About Jaipur:
Jaipur ka itihas bahut hi shandar aur rochak hai. Rajasthan ki rajdhani aur “Pink City” ke naam se mashhoor Jaipur ki sthapna 1727 mein Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II ne ki thi. Yeh shahar apni rajasthani sanskriti, shandar mahilon, aur itihasik smarakon ke liye jaana jata hai.

Jaipur banne se pehle, is shetra par Amber (Amer) se shasan hota tha, jo Jaipur se 11 km door hai. Kachwaha Rajput vansh ke shasak Raja Man Singh I aur Jai Singh II ne yahaan raj kiya. Parantu, jaise-jaise Amber me bheedh aur paani ki samasya badhti gayi, Jai Singh II ne ek naye rajdhani shahar ki sthapna ka nirnay liya.

Aaj Jaipur ek mashhoor tourist destination hai, jo Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Nahargarh Fort, Amer Fort, aur Jal Mahal jaise shandar sthano ke liye famous hai. Shahar apne rajasthani khana, kapde, aur hathon se bani kalakritiyon ke liye bhi prasiddh hai.

Major Location Covered:
1. Hawa Mahal:
● 1799 me Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh ne ise banwaya tha.
● Isme 953 jharokhe (windows) hain, jisse andar ekdum thandi hawa chalti hai.
● Yeh mahal raj gharane ki mahilao ke liye banaya gaya tha, taaki ve bina dekhe bahar ke utsav dekh sakein.
● Iska design Lord Krishna ke mukut jaisa dikhai deta hai.

2. City Palace:
● 1727 me Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II ne ise banwaya.
● Yeh aaj bhi Jaipur ke raj gharane ka niji residence hai.
● Palace ke andar Mubarak Mahal, Chandra Mahal, aur Diwan-e-Khas jaise bhag hain.
● Rajput, Mughal aur European style ka unique combination hai.

3. Jantar Mantar:
● 1728-1734 ke beech Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II ne ise banwaya.
● Yeh ek astronomical observatory hai jo UNESCO World Heritage Site hai.
● Yahan ka Samrat Yantra duniya ka sabse bada sundial (dhup ghadi) hai jo aaj bhi accurate samay batata hai.

4. Jal Mahal:
● 1799 me Maharaja Madho Singh I ne ise banwaya.
● Yeh Man Sagar Lake ke beech bana ek pani me basa mahal hai.
● 5 manjil ka mahal hai, jisme sirf upar ki manjil dikhai deti hai, baaki 4 manjile paani me doobi hoti hain.
● Shandar Rajput aur Mughal style ka architecture dekhne ko milta hai.
