🥕 10 minutes Gajar ka Halwa Recipe | গাজরের হালুয়া | Easy Winter Special Dessert
A rich, creamy and classic Indian/Bengali dessert made with fresh carrots, milk, ghee, sugar, and nuts. Perfect for festivals and winter treats!
🔥 Ingredients (উপকরণ)
Grated carrot – 1 kg
Milk – 1 liter
Ghee – 4–5 tbsp
Sugar – 150–200g
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Cashew, almond, raisin – as needed
🍳 Method (রান্নার ধাপ)
Fry nuts in ghee and set aside.
Fry grated carrots until water evaporates.
Add 1 liter milk and cook until reduced to half.
Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Dry it again until thick.
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Finish with fried nuts.
Perfect creamy, rich Gajar ka Halwa every time!
