💡 About the Role:
Eratec Solution is looking for a skilled and driven E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to join our fast-growing digital team. You’ll be responsible for managing marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, and others.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end product listings on major e-commerce platforms
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility
Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions & order management
Coordinate with internal design/content teams for creative assets
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics
Manage return/refund issues and customer service coordination
Implement platform-specific policies and guidelines
Ensure timely updates and accuracy across all listings
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
Proficient with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.
Basic knowledge of SEO, pricing strategy & product placement
Hands-on experience with seller portals
Strong communication, coordination & analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms and prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Marketing, or related field)
