Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern & Recruiter Intern

India Location: Office 304, Paramount Golf Foreste, Greater Noida
No. of Positions: 2 for BDE intern and 4 for Recruiter Intern for Domestic
Job Type: Internship (3 Months)
Domestic Shift: Day ( Mon to Saturday) (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM )
Qualification: No Bar as far as good with comm skills and good sense of humour.
Compensation and Benefits:
Stipend of Rs 2000 -2500 per month for the duration of the internship (3 Months).
Full-time position offer based on performance evaluation after 3 Month.
Salary package for full-time positions:
Business Development Executive: 1.8 LPA Base Salary + 8% incentive on total business generated in a Month by the individual.
Recruiter: 1.2 LPA Base Salary + 5% incentive on total business generated generated in a Month by the individual.
1. Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase recruitment services and solutions.
Support the business development team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive business growth.
Provide administrative support to the business development team as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong motivation to learn and develop sales and business development skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Recruiter Intern
Responsibilities:
Source candidates from various job portals, social media platforms, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and manage the recruitment process.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing materials.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
