🚨 Facing error while uploading Form MGT-15? 🚨

You may get this message:
“Digital Signature Verification failed. Please affix a valid DSC.”

✅ Things to Check Before Uploading a Signed PDF:

1️⃣ All mandatory DSCs are properly affixed.
2️⃣ If “Yes” in field 3(vi) (Chairman appointed) → Only Chairman & Company Secretary DSCs are required.
3️⃣ If “No” in field 3(vi) → Directors & Company Secretary DSCs must be affixed.
4️⃣ Ensure DSC is valid, MCA-registered & enabled in the PDF.
