Bhado is considered a month for worshipping Lord Vishnu, of whom Krishna is considered an Avatar. Many devotees observe fasts and perform special prayers dedicated to Krishna during this month.
The atmosphere in Naamghar is filled with the chanting of Harinaam (devotional songs dedicated to Lord Krishna), Bhagwat Path (recitation of the Bhagavad Gita). Visitors and devotees gather in large numbers to participate and seek blessings during this auspicious month.
