My years in the Indian Army taught me that service is never about recognition, it is about responsibility, camaraderie and the privilege of serving the Nation. Those lessons continue to guide me even beyond the uniform.

A special thank you to Gauri Joshi Gauri Joshi for believing my journey was worth sharing and for her sincere efforts in bringing my profile forward for this recognition.

I receive this with gratitude to my family, friends, colleagues and the men I had the privilege of serving alongside.

A moment to cherish, and a reminder to keep contributing.

From Soldier to Advocate.

Some journeys don't change your purpose they simply give it a new direction.

Serving the nation in the Indian Army was one of the greatest honours of my life. Today, with the completion of my LL.B., I begin a new chapter as an Advocate, carrying forward the same values of integrity, discipline, and service.

In many ways, this is also about continuing my family's legacy honouring the path laid before me while forging my own.

This achievement belongs not only to me but also to those who stood beside me. To my wife, my mother, and my entire family thank you for every sacrifice, every word of encouragement, and every moment of unwavering support. This journey tested all of us.

To my father, thank you for being my greatest inspiration. Your principles continue to guide every step I take.

The uniform has changed. The commitment hasn't.

Serving the Nation. Upholding Justice. 🇮🇳⚖️

Last week was a reminder of something very simple… yet very powerful.

I had the opportunity to conduct a session on Professional Excellence & Workplace Conduct at Xcelore, under the aegis of Siddhatva Skill Works Pvt. Ltd.

And honestly, sessions like these are never just about “training.”
They’re about reflection.
What stood out for me wasn’t the presentation…

It was the engagement, the questions, and those small moments when people paused and thought:
👉 “Am I really showing up the way I should at work?”
Because professional excellence isn’t about big achievements alone.

It’s about the small things we do every single day:
How we communicate
How we take ownership
How we show respect and discipline
One insight that really stayed with the group: It’s not the big mistakes that hold us back… it’s the small inconsistencies we ignore.
And that’s where real change begins.
Grateful to the entire Xcelore team for being so open, involved, and willing to look within 🙏
These conversations matter. Because when individuals grow… teams evolve… and organizations transform.

This Republic Day, I returned to my roots at Sanatan Dharam Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Haldwani,a school founded by my forefathers.

In the quiet company of young scholars studying Sanatana Dharma and Sanskrit, I found something timeless: strength in values, depth in silence, and continuity in culture.

These students aren’t just learning, they’re preserving a civilisational soul.

Let’s support such institutions. Progress means little without preservation.

इस Republic Day कुछ अलग किया।

Na parade, na speeches — इस बार सुबह बिताई Sanatan Dharam Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, हल्द्वानी में। एक ऐसी जगह, जिसकी नींव मेरे पूर्वजों ने रखी थी। लेकिन समय के साथ, और modern life की दौड़ में, कहीं न कहीं वो जुड़ाव खो गया था।

पर जड़ें कभी भूलती नहीं…!

इस साल सोचा, चलो फिर से जुड़ा जाए। और जो देखा, वो दिल को छू गया। दूर-दराज़ के गाँवों से आए छात्र Sanatana Dharma और संस्कृत की पढ़ाई में रमे हुए। ये सिर्फ छात्र नहीं हैं… ये हमारे सभ्यता के वो प्रहरी हैं, जो सदियों पुराना ज्ञान संजो कर आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं।

इन जैसे schools शायद headlines में नहीं आते लेकिन ये हमारी cultural continuity के असली स्तंभ हैं। एक श्लोक, एक गुरु, एक कक्षा के ज़रिए पूरी सभ्यता को जीवित रखे हुए हैं।

एक बात बहुत गहराई से महसूस हुई.. अगर हम, जो सक्षम हैं, पढ़े-लिखे हैं, और थोड़ी बहुत पहुँच रखते हैं… अगर हम हाथ नहीं बढ़ाएँगे, तो कौन बढ़ाएगा?

Modern India को सिर्फ technology या economy नहीं बनाएगी, उसे अपनी spiritual और cultural roots भी चाहिए। ज़रूरत है progress के साथ-साथ preservation की।

आप सभी से विनम्र अनुरोध है ऐसे संस्थानों को support करें। समय दें, resources दें, या बस जुड़ें। Sanatana ke social fibre को फिर से मजबूत करना हम सबकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।

दिल से आभार उन शिक्षकों और विद्यार्थियों का, जिन्होंने मुझे इतने खुले दिल से अपनाया।

Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s self-respect in motion.

In Drass, the cold didn’t ask for excuses.

But we showed up.. Every single day to keep communication alive in sub-zero silence.

No glamour. Just grit.

That’s what the Corps of Signals taught me:
Discipline isn’t about orders.
It’s about honour.
It’s how you show respect to your role, your team, and yourself.

It still drives me.
In business. In mentoring. In life.

Because discipline isn't the enemy of freedom it’s what makes it possible.

✨ In 2026, I’m not chasing goals...
I’m building lifestyles. ✨

Big difference. Huge impact.

Every January, I’ve done what most people do:
📈 Set ambitious goals
🧘‍♂️ Promise myself better balance
🏃‍♀️ Try to summon more discipline

But a line from Atomic Habits shifted my entire perspective:

“New goals don’t deliver new results. New lifestyles do.”

That one hit hard.

For years, I coached high performers chasing outcomes.
But results? They’re fleeting.
It’s the habits that compound and shape who we become.

So I stopped focusing on helping people set goals.
And started helping them build identities—and systems—that support those goals.

In 2026, I’m leaning into that even deeper.

Because building a lifestyle isn’t a resolution.
It’s a daily rhythm.
A quiet, consistent revolution.

This moment reminds me of what I tell every team I coach.. Real growth is quiet. It shows up in daily discipline, not loud resolutions.

Skills can be trained.
Mindsets must be built.

The new year isn’t a reset, it’s a checkpoint.
Pause. Reflect. Recommit.
