Dear Meta for Developers, Meta, Meta for Business, Meta Business Support Mark Zuckerberg
We're seeking urgent assistance regarding our fb app, which is consistently being rejected under Platform Term 2.8, citing issues related to "online gambling."
This is despite Rummy Indus being a completely FREE-TO-PLAY game.
To be crystal clear about our app:
1. There are NO real money deposits or withdrawals.
2. Players CANNOT wager or bet any real money.
3. There are NO real-world prizes or items of monetary value to be won.
All in-game items or coins have NO monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Rummy Indus is designed purely for entertainment.
We have submitted multiple appeals explaining how our app complies with Meta's policies and does not facilitate gambling.
Unfortunately, we seem to be receiving automated rejections without specific feedback on what aspect of our free game is allegedly in violation. This is incredibly challenging for us as developers committed to adhering to all guidelines.
We kindly request a manual review of our case or clear, actionable feedback on how our free-to-play app is being misinterpreted under Developer Policy 2.8. We are eager to make any necessary clarifications or adjustments to ensure full compliance.
We need your support to resolve this issue and get Rummy Indus correctly assessed.
Thank you for your time and attention.
