ಭೀಮಾಂಬಿಕಾ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಅಥವಾ ಭೀಮವ್ವ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರೋಣ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಗದಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಇಟಗಿ ದೇವಾಲಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಮಠ ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಾಲಯವಾಗಿದೆ . ಇದು ಗಜೇಂದ್ರಗಡ ಕಲ್ಕಾಲೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 13 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

ಭೀಮಾಂಬಿಕಾ ದೇವಿಯು ಶಿವ ಶರಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿದ್ದಳು ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಗುರು ತತ್ವ, ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರುಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನೇಕ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಧರ್ಮನಿಷ್ಠ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದಳು. ಅವಳು ಅನೇಕ ಪವಾಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ 8 ನೇ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮಠದ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಗೋಕರ್ಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಡಲತೀರದ ಒಂದು ಊರು. ಭೂಕೈಲಾಸ; ಪರಶುರಾಮ ಭೂಮಿ ಎಂಬ ಐತಿಹ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ವಾಯವ್ಯ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕಾರವಾರದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು ೬೫ ಕಿ.ಮಿ. ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

ಋತುವಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅದ್ಭುತ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ, ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಇಂದು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದ ಫೋಟೋ..... ಅಮ್ಮ್ಮಗಳು...

It is a privilege to stand alongside creative individuals who have not only shaped the art world but have inspired countless others, including myself. This occasion reminds me of the strength, passion, and resilience that women bring to art and every aspect of life. The opportunity to exhibit my work among such remarkable talents is a true celebration of women's contributions to the arts. I am grateful for this platform and the chance to continue learning from and growing with these incredible artists.

ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸೇನಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಸಾಯುವವರೆಗೂ ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷ್ ಈಸ್ಟ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಿದರು.

ಕ್ರಾಂತಿವೀರ ರಾಯಣ್ಣನನ್ನು ಜನವರಿ 26, 1831 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ನಂದಗಡ ಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಲದ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಣು ಹಾಕುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಲ್ಲಿಗೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. (ಜನನ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15, 1798).
ಅವನನ್ನು ಗಲ್ಲಿಗೇರಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳವು ನಗರದಿಂದ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೊಲಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಬೃಹತ್ ಆಲದ ಮರದ ಬಳಿ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಯಣ್ಣನ ಮೃತ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ನಂದಗಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ರಾಯಣ್ಣನ ಆಪ್ತ ಸಹಚರನೊಬ್ಬ ಅವನ ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಲದ ಸಸಿಯನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಿದ್ದನೆಂದು ದಂತಕಥೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ 6 ಅಡಿ ಸಮಾಧಿಗಿಂತ ಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿ, ರಾಯಣ್ಣನ ಸಮಾಧಿ 8 ಅಡಿ ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿದೆ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ಎತ್ತರವಾಗಿದ್ದನು - 7 ಅಡಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಮರವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ನಿಂತಿದೆ. ಮರದ ಬಳಿ ಅಶೋಕ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣನಂತೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಲಿ ಎಂದು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದ ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ಮನ್ನತ್ (ಆಸೆ) ಕೇಳಿ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯೂ ಇದೆ.

ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ಕೂಡ 1824 ರ ದಂಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರಿಂದ ಬಂಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು, ನಂತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಅನೇಕ ಇತಿಹಾಸಕಾರರು ರಾಯಣ್ಣನನ್ನು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆರಿಲ್ಲಾ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಪ್ರವರ್ತಕ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷ್ ಪಡೆಗಳು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಘಾತುಕತನದಿಂದ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 1830 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದರು; ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

NH4A ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ - ಖಾನಾಪುರ - SH140/SH93 ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂದಗಡ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುವು ಪಡೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ.

Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna was the army chief of the Kingdom of Kittur ruled at the time by Rani Chennamma and fought the British East India Company till his death.

Krantiveer Rayanna was executed by hanging to death from a Banyan tree about 3 kilometers from Nandagad village in Belagavi district on 26th Jan 1831. (Born 15 August 1798).
The place where he was hanged has a small temple built near the huge banyan tree which is amidst fields away from the city.
Rayanna’s mortal remains were buried at Nandagad. Legend says that a close associate of Rayanna planted a Banyan sapling on his grave. Unlike the usual 6 foot grave, Rayanna’s grave is 8 feet long because Rayanna was tall – more than 7 feet.

Syntheri Rocks: A Natural Wonder in Karnataka

ಸಿಂಥೇರಿ ರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟಗಳ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿ ಅಭಯಾರಣ್ಯದ ದಟ್ಟವಾದ ಕಾಡಿನೊಳಗೆ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಇದು ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಿಂದ 28 ಕಿಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಂಡೆಗಳು 300 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ದೈತ್ಯಾಕಾರದ ಸುಣ್ಣದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ, ಕೆಲವು ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜ್ವಾಲಾಮುಖಿ ಸ್ಫೋಟಗಳಿಂದ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡವು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಈ ಏಕಶಿಲೆಯ ಗ್ರಾನೈಟ್ ರಚನೆಯ ಬಂಡೆಯು ಅನೇಕ ಭೂವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು, ಪುರಾತತ್ವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ಯುಗಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಾಳಿ ನದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರುವ ಕನೇರಿ ನದಿಯ ಬಲವಾದ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ಬಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಪ್‌ನಂತಹ ರಚನೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಕೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಂಥೇರಿ ರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ದಾಂಡೇಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ.
