In this video, I explain how to test a capacitor using a multimeter to check whether it is healthy or faulty.
Testing Method:
• Discharge the capacitor safely
• Set the multimeter to capacitance or resistance mode
• Observe the reading to confirm capacitor condition
If the reading increases and stabilizes, the capacitor is healthy.
If there is no change or zero reading, the capacitor may be faulty.

Proximity Sensor Light with Latching Switch 💡⚡ | Smart Electrical Automation

In this video, I demonstrate a proximity sensor based light control system used for automatic and manual lighting control.
Working Explanation:
🔹 Without latching switch –
The proximity sensor detects an object or hand and turns the LED light ON automatically.
When the object moves away, the light turns OFF automatically.
🔹 With latching switch –
A manual override latching switch is added.
✔ One tap turns the light ON
✔ One tap turns the light OFF
✔ No holding required

PIR Sensor Connection with Light 💡⚡ | Automatic Motion Detection
In this video, I show the PIR motion sensor connection with a light for automatic lighting control.
Demonstration includes:
• PIR sensor wiring
• 2 pole breaker (MCB) for protection
• Contactor for load control
• Light bulb as output
When the PIR sensor detects human motion, it sends a signal to the contactor, which switches the light ON automatically.
When no motion is detected, the light turns OFF after the set delay.
