Brief note of the case
The A1 to A.4 and deceased Shaik Aleem are friends and daily they meet
and consume alcohol at public garden, Nampally Hly station, Chandra wines &
Mallepally wines. The deceased Shaik Aleem is a rowdy sheeter at Haberb Nagar
and he used to sn**ch the cell phones & money from innocent people. The
deceased Shaik Aleem, after taking alcohol he used to quarrel with accused and
used filthy language. Whenever deceased has not sufficient amount for drinking
alcohol, he sn**ched accused's amount and consume alcohol. The accused all are
fear on acts of Shaik Ali Aleem and used to do by his directions. Earlier.
deceased took quarrel with accused and used filthy language in several times. As
usually at about five days back, said deceased took quarrel and beaten the A.1 at
Public Garden and threatened him that he will kill him. Since then A.1 developed
grudge against deceased, decided to eliminate him and asked the help of A.2 to A.4.
accordingly they also agreed and joined their hands with A.1 as they have also lot
of grudge against him. In order to execute our plan, on 19.06.2024 at about 10.00
PM, as per the directions of A. 1. all are met at Mehdipatnam Auto stand and
searched for Aleem. Initially A.2 went to wine shop at Mallepally X road where
Aleem frequently consume alcohol and found him at outside of Mallepally Wines,
then A.4 also joined with A 2 and deceased. While, three were consuming alcohol,
after some time A.1 & A.3 came to said wines in A.3's auto and slowly A.1 got down
from auto and attacked on deceased with knife on his neck with connivance of A.2
to A.4.
