Six students from Shirish Orphanage died after accidentally falling into a pond while going for Vinayaka immersion in Shivaram of Peddakangarl village, within Indresham Municipality limits in Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy district. Police reached the spot, registered a case and shifted the bodies to hospital for postmortem. Students who escaped the accident provided details about what happened.
