Spicy Egg Chilli Recipe | Easy 5 Minute Egg Snack

Ingredients:

1. Eggs – 4 (boiled)

2. Onion – 1 (chopped)

3. Green chillies – 3

4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

5. Salt – to taste

6. Curry leaves – few

7. Coriander leaves – few

8. Lemon juice – 1 tsp

9. Oil – 1 tbsp



Method:

1. Boil eggs, peel and cut into halves. Keep aside.

2. In a mixer jar, add onion, green chillies, turmeric, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice.

3. Grind into a smooth paste.

4. Heat oil in a small pan and pour the hot oil over the ground chilli mixture (this enhances flavor). Mix well.

5. Spread the spicy chilli paste over the cut boiled eggs.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy 🔥🥚

Ingredients:

1. Eggs – 3

2. Garlic cloves – 25–30

3. Curry leaves – few

4. Coriander leaves – few (chopped)

5. Salt – to taste

6. Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp

7. Oil – 2 tbsp

8. Cooked rice – 1 bowl (cooled)



Method:

1. Grind garlic, curry leaves, salt and chilli powder into a coarse paste.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic mixture and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.

3. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble well. Cook until fully done.

4. Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly.

5. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and cook for 3–5 minutes on low flame.

6. Spicy Garlic Egg Rice is ready! Serve hot

1. Chicken (minced / keema) – 250 g

2. Oil – 2 tbsp

3. Green chillies – 5 (chopped)

4. Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

5. Black pepper – 5

6. Cardamom – 1

7. Cloves – 4

8. Cinnamon – small piece

9. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

10. Salt – to taste

11. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

12. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

13. Chicken masala – 1 tsp

14. Garam masala – 1 tsp

15. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

16. Tomatoes – 2 (pureed)

17. Coriander leaves – few

18. Kasuri methi – little (crushed)



Method:

1. Chop onions and green chillies. Puree tomatoes.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper and sauté.

3. Add onions & green chillies. Cook until golden.

4. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell disappears.

5. Add tomato puree and all spices. Cook until oil separates.

6. Add chicken keema. Mix well and cook on medium flame.

7. Cover and cook until chicken is fully done and moisture reduces.

8. Add kasuri methi & coriander leaves. Mix and turn off flame.

9. Serve hot with rice, roti or dosa

Ingredients:

1. Sabudana (Sago pearls) – 1 cup

2. Fasting salt / Rock salt – 1 tsp

3. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

4. Green chillies – 5 (chopped)

5. Potato – 1 (chopped)

6. Peanuts – 1 cup

7. Oil – 2 tbsp

8. Coriander leaves – few (chopped)



METHOD:



1. Wash sabudana 2–3 times. Add just enough water to soak and rest for 10–15 minutes.

2. Chop green chillies and potato into small cubes.

3. Dry roast peanuts until crunchy. Cool and grind coarsely.

4. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and green chillies.

5. Add chopped potatoes and sauté until slightly soft.

6. Add soaked sabudana, ground peanuts, and salt. Mix gently.

7. Cook for 5–10 minutes on low flame until pearls turn soft and non-sticky.

8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot 🔥

1.      Pudina (Mint leaves) – 1 small cup

2.      Green chillies – 5

3.      Garlic cloves – 10

4.      Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

5.      Salt – to taste

6.      Lemon juice – 3 tbsp

7.      Cooked rice – 1 small bowl

8.      Oil – for tempering

9.      Curry leaves – few

10.  Urad dal – 1 tsp

11.  Chana dal – 1 tsp

12.  Peanuts – 2 tbsp

13.  Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

14.  Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

15.  Black pepper – 10

16.  Cloves – 4

17.  Cardamom (Elaichi) – 1

 

Method:

1.      Keep cooked rice ready and completely cooled.

2.      Grind mint leaves, garlic, and green chillies with little water into a smooth paste.

3.      Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin, urad dal, chana dal, peanuts, curry leaves, pepper, cloves, and cardamom. Fry until aromatic.

4.      Add mint paste. Cook for 3–5 minutes.

5.      Add salt, turmeric, and lemon juice. Mix well.

6.      Add cooked rice and gently mix until evenly coated.

7.      Cook for 3–5 minutes on low flame.

8.      Serve hot Pudina Rice with raita or papad 🌿🔥

Ingredients:



1. Dosa batter – as required

2. Chicken keema – cooked & seasoned

3. Egg – 1 (per dosa)

4. Oil – as needed

5. Salt – to taste



Method:



1. Add salt to dosa batter and mix well.

2. Heat a dosa pan and grease lightly with oil.

3. Pour batter, spread evenly, and cook for 1 minute.

4. Drizzle a little oil, crack an egg on top, spread evenly, and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add prepared chicken keema over the egg layer, spread gently, and press lightly.

6. Flip the dosa and cook for 2 minutes until crisp and well cooked.

7. Serve hot Chicken Keema Dosa with extra keema or peanut chutney

Garlic Brinjal Fry

This Garlic Brinjal Fry is spicy, crispy, and packed with bold garlic flavor. Made with freshly ground red chilli–garlic masala, this simple brinjal recipe is perfect as a side dish or veg starter and pairs beautifully with hot rice.

Ingredients:

1. Brinjal (Eggplant) – 1 large

2. Garlic cloves – 15

3. Dry red chillies – 7

4. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

5. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

6. Salt – as per taste

7. Oil – for frying

Method:

1. Add red chillies, garlic cloves, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp oil to a mixer jar.

2. Add little water if needed and grind into a smooth paste. Keep aside.

3. Slice the brinjal into thin slices as shown in the video.

4. Apply the prepared masala evenly on both sides of each brinjal slice.

5. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the marinated brinjal slices.

6. Fry on medium flame, flipping both sides until crispy and well cooked.

7. Spicy and delicious Garlic Brinjal Fry is ready!

Serve hot with steamed rice & dal, curd rice, or enjoy it as a crispy veg side dish.
