🍔🌙 Late-night eating can affect more than just your hunger.
Heavy meals close to bedtime may make digestion feel uncomfortable and can increase the chance of acid reflux, especially when you lie down soon after eating. Large or calorie-dense meals may also make it harder to maintain a healthy weight if they regularly add extra calories to your day. Poor digestion or discomfort can interfere with sleep, leaving you feeling tired the next morning.
A better approach is to choose lighter, balanced meals in the evening and give your body time to digest before going to bed. Small habits can make a big difference. 😴🥗
