๐Developement :-
IFCD-All the river banks of Lilong A/C were consolidated and depression and sliding
areas has been repaired with the enforcement of slabs and bore piles. And the river bank
were raised, repaired and blacked topped.
PHED:All are made functional like -Pipes & water is made available after 1980.
1. Chingjao water schemes was started.
2. Electricity sub station was installed.
3. Cultural halls are constructed
4. Main inter-villages roads are black topped.
5. The important bridges are included in the PWD programmes
6. New bazar building was constructed at Lilong Bazar
7. Ataokhong cannal was kept for full renovation.
8. All schools are added two room building.
9. Ningthikhong cannal was cleaned and deepened, widened etc.
10. Construction of waiting sheds and club in various areas.
11. CHC hospital Lilong Haoreibi Makha Leikai was renovated and opened first
time (2002)
12. Thoubal MI road repaired and black topped
13. Thoubal bridge constructed at Moijing
14. Road and bridges was constructed under PMGSY
15. R.L.I Schemes were made functional ,New PHD reservoir was installed.
16. Masjid Road construction of canal/widening were done
17. Culverts were constructed at Lilong Nagar panchayat areas.
18. Setting up New Sub-Divisional Office at Lilong Usoipokpi
19. Setting of Sub-Registrar Office at Lilong Usoipokpi.
20. Setting of D.I. Office at Lilong near Police Station (Presently at Usoipokpi )
21. Construction of girls and boys Hostel at LHC and Higher Secondary Madrassa

iii) Participated in the Conferences and Seminars on several topics related to WAQF Board

๐ACHEIVEMENT:
i)Prevention of rowdysm and mass copying during exam in Manipur (Eduction Minister)
ii)Introduction of teaching of Meitei Mayek scripts in schools,colleges,universities, offices
and exam etc. Necessary conversion of the bengali scripts to Meitei mayek scripts (Education Minister)
iii) Opening of D.I. Office at Lilong (Education Minister), SDO office and Sub registrar
office at Lilong.
iv)Introduction of reservation of the Meitei Pangal Minority(Muslim Minority of Manipur )
in Jobs and Education (As speaker-2006) was passed in the Manipur Legislative Assembly.
