Sometimes, you can love someone so much… that you end up hurting them. 🥀

Like a plant, give it water, and it grows. 🌱
Give it too much, and the same water that kept it alive… kills it. 💔

Maybe people are like that too.
Too much care becomes control.
Too much help becomes pressure.
Too much protection becomes a cage.

And the hardest part?
You never meant to hurt them.
You were only trying to love them. 🫂

Sometimes, loving someone means giving them space.
Sometimes, helping means letting go.

Linthoi Chanambam has officially become the Junior World No. 1 in women’s − 63 kg judo, according to the latest International Judo Federation rankings.

Her journey is already historic, from becoming India’s first World Cadet Judo Champion in 2022 to winning India’s first-ever medal at the Judo Junior World Championships in 2025, and now reaching the summit of the junior world rankings.

A daughter of Manipur. A champion for India. A name the world is learning. 🇮🇳❤️‍🔥

🚨 THE INDIA WE LOVE. THE PROBLEMS WE CANNOT IGNORE. 🇮🇳

India cannot truly progress if we normalise hate, division, and blind support for any ideology including the growing influence of RSS BJP politics while ignoring the real struggles of ordinary people.

A country does not become stronger by silencing questions.
It becomes stronger when citizens can question leaders, demand accountability, and focus on development.

A country with the world’s largest youth population, incredible talent and endless potential…

But millions still ask:

❓Why is clean air still a luxury?
❓Why do educated young people struggle to find jobs?
❓Why are healthcare and education becoming unaffordable?
