17 July || ADPPPSU to Hold Peaceful Rally on July 17 Demanding Road Construction and Accountability from RWD Laying Yangte Division

The All Damin Parsi Parlo Paniasang Students' Union (ADPPPSU) is set to organize a peaceful rally on July 17, 2025, in Kurung Kumey district, protesting the poor condition of roads under the Executive Engineer, RWD Laying Yangte Division. The rally will be held from the bridge point to Parsi-Parlo road.

Key demands include:

1. Immediate construction and blacktopping of MGNREGA roads from Kurung Bridge to Parsi-Parlo HQ and from Parsi-Parlo HQ to Damin HQ via Pagam.

2. Reshuffling of engineers who have served over 3 years in Patuk RWD Sub-Division.

3. Immediate furnishing of requested documents related to project implementation, as per Ref. No. 12/ADPPPSU/RWD dated June 27, 2025.

In a remarkable display of talent and determination, Arunachal Pradesh’s budding badminton stars Debia Tagu and Kyon Tamin brought glory to the state at the Sindoor Telangana Sub Junior Open Badminton Championships held in Hyderabad from July 12 to 15, 2025.

The talented duo clinched the silver medal in the U13 boys' doubles category, showcasing excellent teamwork and skill on the court. 16 July || 1st Death Anniversary of Lt. Nabam Yadik Observed with Reverence

Langdang Village, July 16, 2025: The 1st death anniversary of Late Nabam Yadik, beloved wife of Shri Nabam Tada, was solemnly observed today in Langdang Village. Born on August 5, 1937, Lt. Nabam Yadik departed for her heavenly abode on July 16, 2024. A memorial program was held in her honor, attended by family members, relatives, well-wishers, and community members who gathered to pay tribute to her memory and legacy.

The commemorative banner displayed at the venue highlighted her faith and love for her family and featured a verse from the Bible (Romans 14:8): "If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord." The message concluded with a heartfelt note: "Ann Rest in Peace, until we meet."

The program included prayers, floral tributes, and sharing of memories, reflecting on her life of kindness, strength, and devotion. Her enduring presence in the hearts of her loved ones was felt deeply during the event.
