I was literally cooking this rice bowl and on the same hand was amazed that it reallly tasted too good.

Peri Peri Mint 🍃Makhana Recipe Alert ‼️

I used to get masala makhanas from market but trust me they are so less 70% is air in packet only. So i decided why not to make such snacks at home.
I got these Makhana/Foxnuts from let me share you this amazing recipe that i created its so easy and so tasty tangy you will gonna love it for sure. 😋

Ingredients:
• 1 cup foxnuts
• 2 tbsp clarified butter or you can use olive oil as well
• Peri Peri masala
• Jaljeera powder
• Dry mint powder
• Salt

Method: 👩‍🍳

•Heat oil or ghee in pan 1 tbsp (spare 1 tbsp for later)
• Now roast your foxnuts
•Let them roast on low flame till they turn little golden in colour.
• Now make some space in your pan, add ghee or oil add all the masalas and give these makhanas a good toss.
• Enjoy these amazing snack.

Nothing makes me happy seeing some experiments coming right 💁🏻‍♀️🌴🥭.
So due to some dietary restrictions for a family member I tried out this combination of mango and banana Popsicle using a very small quantity of honey and milk thats it , and this came out to be way better in taste as i had even expected it to be 🫡

As both fruits contain potassium which can help regulate blood pressure and other bodily functions. I found them interesting to use them in my Popsicle recipe.

Being a coffee and chocolate lover i keep on trying some new recipes to curb down my cravings. Recently i tried a new version of ………
Coffee ☕️ Chocolate 🍫 Banana 🍌 Mug Cake, i wont lie but forst 2 attempts were not good as sometimes the cake was either hard or overly gooey, but my third attempt was muuuaahh 😜 …
So why not to share good things with other.. here i am sharing the recipe for all the Coffee and Chocolate lovers out there. Trust me you all will love this.

Recipe ~ 🧈🥮

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp coffee
• 1/2 fully ripped mashed banana
• 1 tbsp chocolate chips
• 1/4 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp plant based milk/ dairy milk

Method:
• Mix all powdered ingredients first nicely except baking powder.
• Now add oil and and milk and make a smooth paste
• Now add baking powder and keep on stirring clockwise direction
• Now add more choco chips on top.
• Bake the cake in microwave for 2 mins.
• Enjoy hot 😍

Vegan One pot Healthy meal recipe

Ingredients used:
1/2 cup Dawaat brown rice
1 Chopper carrot
Few sweet corn
Few green peas
Few brocolli buds
2 leaves or mint
1/2 star anise
2 cloves
1/2 tbsp blackpepper powder
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt as per salt

Method: heat oil in a pan , add carrots, sweet corn, broccoli, peas , star anise, corn saute for a minute, add already cooked brown rice,
switch off the flame add salt, blackpepper powder, mint leaves.

Enjoy

Beauty Around Me 🤩😍

Its the taste of that it had been my favourite veggie since my childhood.

During summers my mom used to keep and ki sabji and i swear i used to have it 5 times a week this much i loved bhindi.

So this click is all about showcasing this amazing veggi which is so close to my heart and my stomach 🤪.

Do you like ice pops ? ♥️

So in this summer i have decided to make icepops with any feuits i get my hands on 😜, and the reason behind this is in my house everyone just love to have icecreams. But taking in consideration of health issues in family I came up with the solution of using much natural and less of sugar intake through icepops.

As its summers ठंडी ठंडी icepops mil jae toh kya hi kehna. Also this is inspired from my childhood memory of having pepsi (it used to come in plastic thin stick like in which cola or orange and many more flavourful icepops was made) so not using any artificial colour of even artificial sweetness this is totally healthy version of icepops.
