🛑 28 दिन ज़मानत के बावजूद जेल में! 🛑
Supreme Court ने UP सरकार को लगाई फटकार, 5 लाख का मुआवज़ा देने का आदेश!

👉 एक आरोपी को ज़मानत मिलने के बावजूद UP की गाज़ियाबाद जेल ने सिर्फ़ एक "क्लेरिकल मिस्टेक" के कारण 28 दिन तक रिहा नहीं किया।

👉 कोर्ट ने कहा: "व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता को बेकार की तकनीकी भूलों पर कुर्बान नहीं किया जा सकता!"

👉 सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि यह गंभीर लापरवाही है और जेल अफ़सरों के खिलाफ न्यायिक जांच का आदेश दिया।

👉 Rs. 5 लाख अंतरिम मुआवजा आदेशित।
