They start with habits like:

👉 Skipping water all day

👉 Too much salt and protein

👉 Holding urine for long

👉 Ignoring early signs like cloudy p*e or back pain

👀 I recently operated on a 29-year-old guy who thought it was "just gas" — turned out to be a stone stuck in his ureter, causing kidney swelling!
