SCAM 🚨
Zomato, this is seriously disappointing. 😤
The restaurant showed “currently not accepting orders”, yet my order still went through. No delivery. Tried to cancel — no refund.
Worst part? There’s no real support. The “chat” is just a bunch of limited AI prompts — no way to actually type your issue or speak to a human.
No food, no money, no help. How is this acceptable?
What if my order was an expensive order huh ?
You guys crazy or what ?
This policy is ruthless and nonsense which is surely against consumer law .
