Jammu, May 21 : At the Party headquarters of Bharatiya Janata Party in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, BJP leaders continued their daily public grievance redressal programme today in which BJP State Vice President Rajeev Rajput Charak and State Secretary Aarti Jasrotia were present to listen to the issues of the people.
During the interaction, people from various areas projected their grievances before the BJP leaders, many of which were resolved on the spot through immediate communication with the concerned departments and officials.

Mrs. Rama and Mrs. Aarti raised the issue related to the free e-bus service for women and informed that on Kathua Road and in several other parts of Jammu, bus drivers often do not stop the buses for female passengers, causing great inconvenience to women commuters. Taking serious note of the matter, BJP State Vice President Rajeev Rajput Charak wrote to the Transport Commissioner of Transport Department Jammu and Kashmir seeking necessary directions and early resolution of the issue.

Meanwhile, Ganesh Dutt Sharma, a resident of Vikram Chowk, Jammu, lodged a complaint against the officials of Jammu Municipal Corporation alleging adoption of a “pick and choose” policy in anti-encroachment drives. He stated that despite similar encroachments by all shopkeepers in the market, action was being taken only against selected individuals. BJP leaders spoke to Joint Commissioner Mr. Kalbhushan Khajuria over the phone and urged a fair inquiry into the matter along with appropriate action.

Mr. Buddhi Singh highlighted the persistent water scarcity problem in Jallochak area and sought immediate intervention from the concerned department. Similarly, Mr. Satpal Sharma brought to light that after his migration from Ramban due to terrorism, certain local persons had allegedly encroached upon his vacant land. BJP leaders assured that the matter would be taken up with the concerned authorities for proper investigation and necessary action.

The BJP leaders stated that the party remains committed to public welfare and continues to act as a bridge between the administration and the common people for timely redressal of grievances.

Neglect of Education Exposed: BJP Leader Rajeev Charak Assures Action on Khari School Crisis

Jammu, April 15:
A delegation of residents from the Khari area of District Ramban met BJP Vice President Mr. Rajeev Charak and apprised him of the severe shortage of staff in government schools functioning in Block Khari.

The delegation highlighted that the post of Principal has been lying vacant for a long time, and out of 17 sanctioned posts of lecturers across various subjects, only 3 are currently filled. In addition, several posts of masters and other essential staff have also remained vacant for an extended period, severely affecting students’ education.
They stated that due to the lack of adequate teaching staff, students are not receiving quality education, which is adversely impacting their future. The delegation further informed that multiple representations had previously been submitted to the concerned authorities, but no concrete action has been taken so far, prompting them to bring the matter directly to his attention.

The delegation urged Mr. Charak to take the matter seriously and intervene personally to ensure that all vacant posts in the schools are filled at the earliest.
BJP Vice President Mr. Rajeev Charak listened to the concerns attentively and contacted the concerned authorities over the phone to discuss the situation of Government Higher Secondary School, Khari, and other schools in the area. He also advised the delegation to meet the relevant authorities to ensure justice and quality education for the students.

Mr. Charak stated that Jammu & Kashmir is currently under the National Conference-led government, and even the MLA from the Khari-Banihal constituency belongs to the same party. Despite the Education Department being under their control, it is unfortunate that people still have to travel long distances to get their issues addressed. He alleged that the government and public representatives are limited to making assurances and have failed to take concrete action on public issues.
He further stated that any government or representative that deprives students of basic facilities like education and plays with their future has no moral right to remain in power and should resign immediately.

Mr. Charak added that the Central Government is working on the principle of Antyodaya, ensuring that welfare schemes and public services reach the last person in society. Despite continuous support and financial assistance from the Centre to the UT government, if children in any region are deprived of basic educational facilities, it will not be tolerated.

On the occasion, J&K Kisan Morcha President Mr. Rakesh Pant, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Katoch, Mr. Randeep Singh Parihar, Mr. Sajjad Manhas (District Ramban Kisan Morcha General Secretary), Mr. Farid Ahmad, Mr. Nawaz Hussain, and other prominent citizens were present.

🚨 उत्तम नगर, दिल्ली: ईद से पहले बढ़ा तनाव 🚨
पश्चिमी दिल्ली के उत्तम नगर में हालात फिर से संवेदनशील हो गए हैं। कुछ दिन पहले हुई झड़प में 26 साल के तरुण कुमार की मौत के बाद इलाके में डर और बेचैनी बढ़ गई है।
मामला शुरू हुआ था 4 मार्च को होली के दिन, जब एक 11 साल की लड़की का गुब्बारा एक मुस्लिम महिला को जा लगा। मामूली कहासुनी देखते ही देखते हिंसक झड़प में बदल गई। अब सोशल मीडिया और कुछ बाहरी तत्व इस विवाद को सांप्रदायिक रंग देने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
स्थानीय निवासी जमील अहमद ने बताया, "हमने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि अपने ही घर में डर महसूस करेंगे। कुछ लोग खुलेआम 'खून की होली' की बातें कर रहे हैं।"
22 साल की फरजाना ने कहा, "हम इस झगड़े में शामिल नहीं हैं, फिर भी धमकियां मिल रही हैं। बस कुछ दिन के लिए सुरक्षित जगह जाना चाहते हैं। ईद हमारे लिए बहुत अहम है और डर के साये में इसे नहीं मना सकते।"
पुलिस ने इलाके में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी है। हर गली में बैरिकेडिंग, भारी पुलिस बल और निगरानी के इंतजाम हैं। स्थानीय लोगों के साथ लगातार बैठकें की जा रही हैं ताकि उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
