👉1). Position: Project Engineer
👉 Education Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in EEE, ECE or Mechatronics
👉 Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Electronic Hardware design (FPGA, embedded system)
👉 Job Description:
Daily operations related to the projects.
Take lead in client discussions to cover the technical aspects.
Feasibility and cost assessment of the project in coordination with the business development team.
The engineer is expected to abide by the policies of ISO 13458:2016, and ensure that the documentation process is completed for the same in a timely manner.
👉 Desirable:
Experience with electronic circuit design and hardware programming.
Working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD design.
Rapid prototyping tools (FDM/SLA 3D printers and scanners).
Tenure: Contract position initially for one (1) year extendable based on performance evaluation.

👉 2).Position: Assistant Maintenance Manager
Education Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineer or a related field
👉 Key Responsibility:
Maintenance of all assets, premises, infrastructure and coordinate with maintenance teams such as Civil, Electrical, HVAC, IT, Instrumentation, and Admin Services to ensure the upkeep of all assets.
Optimal facility maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resolution of maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to facility management.
Coordination, problem-solving, and manage vendors & service providers effectively.
Monitoring construction work.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, contractor performance, and AMC agreements for audit purposes
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager to support the overall efficiency of facility operations.
Experience: 2-3 years in facility management, maintenance operations, or a related field.

📍 Education Qualification: BE/BTech (IT, Computer Science)/MCA/BCA.
📍 Experience:
Experience in carrying out system administration along with web development (LAMP) on a Linux environment.
Expert knowledge of system security concerns and vulnerabilities.
Knowledge and Experience with VMware.
Python/Bash/Perl Scripting.
Working/Testing with open-source applications.
Experience in taking up regularly upgrade of the current systems as well as maintaining periodic backups and verification.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate. Postgraduates preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Government sector, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Key Functional Experience Required In:
General Administration – Facility management, AMC contracts, logistics, housekeeping
Estate and Civil Works Management – Oversight of civil infrastructure: creation, maintenance, and repair works
Human Resource (HR) Functions – Personnel management, attendance and leave management, recruitment support, and employee welfare
Security Management – Institutional security aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day general administration and HR-related functions
Ensure efficient facility and estate management, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance
Supervise civil works and coordinate with contractors and service providers
Handle AMC contracts, logistics, housekeeping, and security operations
Maintain administrative and HR records; support internal and external audits
Draft and implement policies aligned with government norms and institutional guidelines
Liaise with internal departments and statutory bodies
Prepare reports, compliance documentation, and management returns as required
Supervise and guide administrative staff; foster continuous process improvement
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by senior management

Commerce Graduate with knowledge on personal computers and its applications.
1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Section in a reputed organisation.
