๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐, ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ:
In August 2015, I was a state topper in 12th grade and was featured in the Jammu City newspaper. ๐
I was also a state-level chess player in Jammu & Kashmir. โ
My dream was to study MBA and build my own business. I started college in 2016. ๐
But due to family circumstances, I went to college for 3 days only and never returned. ๐
Instead, I cracked a contract at Ericsson, where I worked for nearly 2 years. I learned a lot about design and management during that time. ๐จโ๐ผ๐ผ
Despite being a college dropout, I earned 10 lahks that year. ๐ฐ๐ธ
However, due to certain political changes in Jammu & Kashmir, the department where I worked shut down. ๐ซ๐ข
And all of a sudden, I was without any work. ๐
During the same time, Covid hit. Those were some of the most difficult months for me. ๐ท
Those months might have seemed hopeless but also made me deeply understand about life & life's purpose. ๐๐งโโ
Soon the Covid situation cleared, and I got an interview call at a telecom company in Chandigarh, as a manager. ๐๐
I cleared the interview and got selected among many aspirants. ๐
I was put in charge of a big project and nearly 100 people reported to me directly. ๐ผ๐ฅ
During that time, I developed profound communication skills. I was very good with people and this led me to get more work. ๐ฌ๐ค
As the pressure of work increased, I didnโt get time to sleep even 4 hours a day. ๐ดโฐ
I couldnโt take it anymore and one fine day, I decided to quit. ๐ซ๐
This decision marked the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey. ๐
I joined Business Masterminds where I learned about Entrepreneurship, online business, and sales. ๐ก๐ป๐ฐ
I began working with coaches, consultants, and business owners. I helped them communicate with their customers in a kind and thoughtful manner. ๐ฃ๐ค
I showed them how to sell their services without resorting to aggressive marketing tactics, by simply being genuine and true to themselves. ๐๐
I noticed that much of today's marketing is forceful, pushy and relies on hard selling, which I couldn't connect with. โ๐ข
I preferred closing sales by showing true value and authenticity. โจ๐
This led me to start Brandd Media - To help coaches present their offers to potential clients with kindness and empathy. ๐ผ๐ค
I started creating compelling sales pitches & presentations that resonated on a deeper level with clientsโ problems, leading to effortless customer conversions. ๐๐ฏ
With time, this expertise turned me into a Lead Conversion Specialist. ๐๐
Looking back at August 2015, I feel a mix of emotions and a bit overwhelmed. From being a topper to a manager to being jobless, my journey has been quite a ride. ๐ข
I feel very grateful for how far Iโve come and finding my life purpose in helping coaches and consultants sell their services effectively, ethically & honestly. ๐๐
