*A great opportunity to join our Group" Mattex Group" Position Customer Services Manager* Job Location: Jeddah, KSA

-Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing teams of customer service representatives. Their primary duties include answering customer questions and resolving problems, setting team goals, monitoring progress, onboarding and training staff

members.

Key Responsibilities

-Managing day-to-day activities of the team. Setting customer satisfaction targets and motivating team members to achieve organizational goals encouragement and empowerment questions and directing them to the appropriate service to manner. on your findings Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best and quantitative targets Good understanding of management practices and

-Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through

Onboarding and conducting trainings of the team members to maximize potential •Conduct periodic performance reviews and give feedback

accordingly.

-Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions to ensure maximum productivity.

Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the

team to give maximum output •Maintain an orderly workflow according to prionties.

Establishing customer service policies, procedures and

standards

Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

-Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales

targets

Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet their targets consistently *Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of

actions taken.

Interacting with customers daily by answering their

-Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports

Skills/Knowledge

At least 8 years of proven experience in a customer service position
