आज श्रीनगर में हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान भारत के **राष्ट्रीय ध्वज तिरंगे को उल्टा प्रदर्शित किए जाने** की घटना ने करोड़ों देशवासियों की भावनाओं को आहत किया है।

तिरंगा किसी राजनीतिक दल, विचारधारा या सरकार का नहीं, बल्कि **140 करोड़ भारतीयों की एकता, सम्मान, बलिदान और राष्ट्रीय अस्मिता का प्रतीक** है। राजनीतिक मतभेद हो सकते हैं, विरोध प्रदर्शन भी लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार है, लेकिन राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का सम्मान हर नागरिक का संवैधानिक और नैतिक दायित्व है।

मैं इस घटना की कड़ी निंदा करता हूँ और संबंधित अधिकारियों से आग्रह करता हूँ कि पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जाँच की जाए। यदि राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का अपमान हुआ है या **Flag Code of India** तथा लागू कानूनों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो कानून के अनुसार उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।

लोकतंत्र में विरोध का अधिकार है, लेकिन **राष्ट्र का सम्मान सर्वोपरि है।**

**SRINAGAR, July 25, 2026** — A galaxy of distinguished Urdu scholars, authors, and intellectuals gathered today at interactive session organized by the Kashmir Society International and the Aalmi Urdu Conference (Jammu & Kashmir chapter, established in 1988) to pledge their unwavering commitment to protecting and preserving the Urdu language. The iconic late founder of the Aalmi Urdu Conference, Ali Sidique who recognized Jammu & Kashmir as a crucial hub for Urdu in India . Since then the longstanding, dedicated efforts of both the Kashmir Society International and the Aalmi Urdu Conference to work tirelessly for promotion of urdu language proved exemplary throughout country. The glaxy of scholaes today warmly lauded these endeavors and decided to revive the mission to save urdu language.
In a unanimous show of solidarity, the distinguished participants endorsed a resolution to revive Urdu’s glorious legacy as a language of love, harmony, and unity. The resolution underscored Urdu’s role as an essential bridge connecting sister languages across the region, including Kashmiri, Hindi, Gojri, Pahari, Punjabi and Shina
