Mahant Rohit Shastri Felicitated by Hon’ble Governor Of H.P
Meaningful Discussion Held on Promotion and Preservation of Sanskrit Language
Shimla/Jammu, 24 July.
Mahant Rohit Shastri, President of Shri Kailakh Jyotish avim Vedic Sansthan Trust, Jammu & Kashmir, and recipient of the State Award, paid a courtesy call today on Hon’ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, at the Raj Bhavan in Shimla. On this occasion, a profound and constructive discussion was held on the preservation, promotion, and revival of the Sanskrit language.
During this special meeting, Hon’ble Governor felicitated Mahant Rohit Shastri in traditional Himachali style by presenting him with a 'Himachali Cap' and 'Himachali Shawl'—symbols of Himachal’s hospitality and cultural dignity. This honor was bestowed in recognition of Mahant Ji’s continuous contribution and public welfare efforts in the field of Sanskrit.
During the interaction, Mahant Rohit Shastri presented books published by the Trust to the Hon’ble Governor. He also provided detailed insights into the Trust’s various innovative initiatives such as the Mobile Sanskrit Gurukul, Sanskrit Dialogue Camps, Acharya Training Programs, Research Seminars, and Digital Sanskrit Education.
Mahant Shastri informed that the Trust is working to connect youth with Sanskrit through traditional learning as well as modern technological means. In addition, campaigns such as drug de-addiction, Ayurvedic medical camps, environmental awareness yatras, rural outreach programs, and various public welfare activities are among the Trust’s key priorities.
He also apprised that in the coming time, the Trust plans to extend the Sanskrit literacy campaign to the village level, expand Vedic schools, and work systematically toward the preservation and re-publication of ancient Vedic literature.
Hon’ble Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the creative, innovative, and impactful work being done by Mahant Rohit Shastri for the upliftment of Sanskrit and said, “Sanskrit is the cultural soul of India, and its preservation is the foundation of Indian identity and nation-building.” He termed the educational, cultural, and social efforts of Shri Kailakh Trust as exemplary and extended his best wishes and blessings for the future.
Mahant Rohit Shastri described the meeting as an inspiring and guiding experience, saying, “The guidance received from a learned, cultured, and sensitive personality like the Hon’ble Governor will give new direction and energy to our efforts. This honor is not just for me, but also an encouragement for all those serving Sanskrit.”

अधिवक्ताओं ने भी सीखी संस्कृत
श्री कैलख ट्रस्ट का यह प्रयास निश्चित ही अनुकरणीय है। : बलदेव सिंह
जम्मू, 16 जुलाई : संस्कृत माह के पावन अवसर पर श्री कैलख ज्योतिष एवं वैदिक संस्थान ट्रस्ट, जम्मू द्वारा जम्मू प्रेस क्लब के बाहर चलंत मोबाइल संस्कृत गुरुकुल कक्षा का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस अनूठी पहल का उद्देश्य देववाणी संस्कृत के प्रचार-प्रसार को जनसामान्य तक पहुंचाना है।
इस कक्षा का विधिवत शुभारंभ चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज के पूर्व अध्यक्ष श्री वाई.वी. शर्मा तथा जम्मू कश्मीर हाईकोर्ट बार एसोसिएशन, जम्मू के उपाध्यक्ष एडवोकेट बलदेव सिंह ने संयुक्त रूप से किया।
इस अवसर पर श्री वाई.वी. शर्मा ने कहा, “महंत रोहित शास्त्री जी द्वारा संस्कृत भाषा के संरक्षण और संवर्धन हेतु चलाया जा रहा यह अभियान अत्यंत सराहनीय है। वे निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं कि संस्कृत केवल पुस्तकों तक सीमित न रहकर जन-जन की भाषा बने।”
एडवोकेट बलदेव सिंह ने अपने वक्तव्य में कहा, “संस्कृत भारतीय संस्कृति की आत्मा है। इस तरह की पहलें समाज में सकारात्मक सोच और सांस्कृतिक चेतना का संचार करती हैं। श्री कैलख ट्रस्ट का यह प्रयास निश्चित ही अनुकरणीय है।”
इस अवसर पर अनेक प्रबुद्ध एवं गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित रहे, जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से डॉ. विश्व गुप्ता, एडवोकेट पवन खजूरिया, प्रमोद शर्मा, एडवोकेट नितिन गुप्ता, सुनील सिंह रायपुरिया, प्रोफेसर शरद शर्मा, अमित जामवाल, हनी सिंह तथा विक्की कुमार आदि सम्मिलित थे।
संस्थान के अध्यक्ष महंत रोहित शास्त्री ने सभी अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, “संस्कृत भारत की गौरवशाली परंपरा और ज्ञान की मूल धारा है। हमारा प्रयास है कि यह भाषा पुनः जनजीवन में प्रतिष्ठित हो।”
यह आयोजन न केवल संस्कृत प्रेमियों के लिए प्रेरणादायक रहा, बल्कि शहर के आम नागरिकों को भी देववाणी के महत्व से जोड़ने का एक प्रभावी माध्यम बना।

NPP Torches BJP’s Washing Machine that Laundered Corrupt Politicians

Saffron Party Embracing Corrupt, Criminals and Subversives to retrieve lost ground in J&K: Harsh

Jammu,26-11-2023: Accusing the BJP of patronizing the corrupt politicians and embracing even the anti nationals and subversives for power sake, a huge contingent of JKNPP held a massive protest at Jammu today and torched the “BJP’s Washing Machine” which they said was used for cleansing of such dirty politicians and other anti social elements. Led by its President and Former Education Minister Harsh Dev Singh the NPP activists raised slogans of “Bhrastachari BJP Hai Hai”, “Aatankwadi Samarthak BJP Hai Hai” “BJP-ED-CBI Coalition Hai Hai” etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Harsh Dev said that while opposition leaders were being hammered through the iron fist of central agencies merely for opposing the anti people policies of the govt, the corrupt BJP leaders had been granted immunity for all their corrupt and criminal deeds. He said that even those corrupt politicians who belonged to other parties but joined BJP were absolved of all their crimes, purged of all their sins and given rapid fire clean chits for all their corrupt deeds. Such was the ‘washing machine’ of BJP that any corrupt leader taking a dip in it came out fully cleansed and regained his spotless character, divulged Singh.
Mr Singh said that not only were corrupt politicians of other parties embraced by BJP but several proclaimed offenders, militants and subversives had also been inducted by it in party fold. He said that only last year the BJP had embraced a militant commander named Talib Hussain, given high post in the party and even arranged his meeting with Union Home Minister Mr Amit Shah. And now only recently two LET terrorists were apprehended with huge arms and ammunition procured from across the border by them and found to be associated with BJP and holding high offices in the said party, rued Mr Singh.
Accusing the BJP of hobnobbing with anti national elements and other criminal and corrupt elements to retrieve its lost ground, Mr Singh said that people had seen the real face of BJP behind its deceptive facades and were all prepared to teach it a lesson at the hustings.
