📍 Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
Support process efficiency and deliver excellent customer service.
Handle tasks independently and maintain focus throughout the shift.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with a neutral/clear English accent
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Prior experience in the BPO sector or customer care is a plus
Ability to adapt to rotational/flexible shifts
Attention to detail and a focus-oriented mindset
