**1. Prepare the Crust:**

* Mix crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until it feels like wet sand.
* Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
* Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

**2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:**

* Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
* Add Biscoff spread and vanilla, mixing well.
* Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
