The Patharkandi incident is not just a law-and-order issue—it is a test of our democracy and the rule of law. If citizens are targeted because of their faith or identity, it is a direct challenge to the constitutional values of equality, justice, and freedom.
We demand an immediate, impartial, and transparent investigation, along with strict action against all those responsible. The government and administration must prove that the law applies equally to everyone. Silence and inaction only weaken public trust.
No citizen should live in fear because of who they are. Justice must be delivered without delay.
