The future of tunnel engineering needs future-ready materials.

Jindal Stainless and MIT World Peace University have signed a three-year MoU to launch a specialised course on stainless steel applications in tunnel engineering, covering corrosion, grade selection, fabrication, lifecycle costing and sustainability.

With India’s tunnelling sector expected to see projects worth over ₹5 lakh crore in the next decade, the initiative brings industry expertise into the classroom.
