गाँव के उस पुराने नीम के पेड़ के नीचे बैठकर मैं आज भी दादाजी की आवाज़ सुन सकता हूँ —
"बेटा, ज़िन्दगी में दौड़ना ज़रूरी है, लेकिन रुककर सोचना और समझना उससे भी ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है।"

17 दिन हो गए उन्हें गए हुए, लेकिन हर दिन उनके बिना अधूरा लगता है। जब भी कोई कठिनाई आती है, अनायास ही उनका चेहरा सामने आ जाता है — मुस्कुराता हुआ, स्नेह से भरा, और अनुभवों की गहराई लिए हुए।

बचपन की बात

जब मैं छोटा था, दादाजी हर शाम मुझे अपने पास बिठाकर कहानियाँ सुनाया करते थे — कभी राजा-रानी की, तो कभी खेत में मेहनत करने वाले किसान की। लेकिन असली कहानी तो उनकी अपनी ज़िन्दगी की थी — एक साधारण गाँव के लड़के से लेकर पूरे परिवार का सहारा बनने तक का सफर।

उन्होंने मुझे सिखाया था:

"समय सबसे बड़ा शिक्षक है, बस उसे ध्यान से सुनना सीखो।"

दादाजी की सीख का असर

उनकी सबसे बड़ी ताकत थी — धैर्य। जब भी घर में कोई परेशानी होती, वो शांत होकर सबको समझाते, रास्ता निकालते।
जब मैं नौकरी के लिए शहर जा रहा था, वो बोले थे:

"जगह कोई भी हो बेटा, लेकिन अपने संस्कार और इमानदारी को कभी मत छोड़ना।"

आज जब मैं किसी मुश्किल फ़ैसले में होता हूँ, तो लगता है जैसे दादाजी कान में कह रहे हों,
"डर मत, जो सही है वही करना। बाकी मैं हूँ ना।"

एक दिन की बात

एक बार मैंने हार मान ली थी — सब कुछ छोड़ देने का मन बना लिया था। दादाजी ने मुझे देखा, मुस्कुराए और बोले:

"बीज बोने के बाद अगर हर दिन खुदाई करोगे ये देखने कि पौधा निकला या नहीं, तो कभी फसल नहीं उगेगी। विश्वास रखो अपने कर्म पर।"

उनकी ये बात आज मेरी सबसे बड़ी ताकत है।

अब जब वो नहीं हैं...

घर में उनका कमरा अब भी वैसा ही है। उनकी लाठी और वो पुरानी घड़ी — सब कुछ बोलते हैं। बस अब वो सामने नहीं दिखते, लेकिन दिल में हैं — हर सांस में, हर फ़ैसले में, हर संघर्ष में।

"लोग चले जाते हैं, लेकिन उनकी बातें, उनका प्यार और उनकी दी हुई सीख — हमारे साथ चलती है ज़िन्दगी भर।"

दादाजी को श्रद्धांजलि 🙏

"आप चले गए, पर आपकी छांव अब भी हमें थामे हुए है।
आपके शब्दों की गूंज आज भी हमें रास्ता दिखाती है।

When I started , I had no idea how one project could change the course of our journey.

Our first major project was none other than Bandhan Bank, with a project value of ₹1.2 Cr. From the very beginning, it was a challenge and an opportunity rolled into one. Every detail had to reflect precision, functionality, and aesthetics – because it wasn’t just an office, it was a space that would host trust, relationships, and growth.

We poured our dedication into completing the project successfully, and the result spoke for itself.

But the real story began after the completion.
