Positions Open:

Chief Editor (Print )

Responsibilities:
• Lead the editorial vision and content planning
• Oversee writing, editing, and quality control for all published materials
• Coordinate with contributors, reporters, and design team
• Ensure timely publication and adherence to ethical journalism standard

Requirements: -
• Proven editorial experience in print or digital media
• Strong command over Bengali - Hindi - English
• Leadership and team management skills
• Minimum 3years of experience

Video Editor (Digital Platform)

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital platforms
• Work closely with content creators and reporters
• Ensure storytelling through engaging visuals and sound

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Creative eye for detail and storytelling
• Experience in short-form video editing and reels is a plus

RGB Welfare Foundation-এর নতুন প্রয়াস — “সময়ের বার্তা”, র পথচলা আগামী ২৭শে জুন রথযাত্রা'র দিনথেকে শুরু হতে চলেছে।। এটি শুধু একটি উইকলি জার্নাল বা ডিজিটাল পোর্টাল নয়, বরং এক নিরন্তর প্রয়াস, যেখানে সম্মানের
সঙ্গে প্রান্তিক মানুষের কথা, সফলতার অন্তরালের গল্প, আঞ্চলিক ইতিহাস-রোমাঞ্চ স্থান পাবে।।

আমাদের সমাজে অনেক কথা থাকে অপ্রকাশিত, অনেক গল্প রয়ে যায় অগোচরে। “সময়ের বার্তা” সেই গল্পগুলোকে খুঁজে আনবে, সেই কণ্ঠগুলোকে তুলে ধরবে, যাদের জীবন প্রতিকূলতার মাঝে দাঁড়িয়ে আজও এগিয়ে চলার অনুপ্রেরণা।
এই জার্নালের মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা চাই —
• গ্রামের মানুষের স্বপ্ন আর সংগ্রামের গল্প শহরের পাঠকদের ছুঁয়ে যাক।।
• সফল মানুষদের সাফল্য, অভিজ্ঞতা, পথচলার শিক্ষা পৌঁছে যাক সকলের কাছে।
• সময়ের বার্তা, হাতে কলমে এক্সপেরিয়েন্স করার সুযোগ করে দেবে নতুন লেখক, লেখিকা এবং আগামীতে যারা সাংবাদিক হওয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখে তাদেরকেও।।

“সময়ের বার্তা” হবে সেই সেতুবন্ধন, যেটি গ্রাম থেকে সারা পৃথিবীতে উন্নয়নমুখী একটি ক্ষেত্র তৈরি করবে।
আমরা চাই, এই যাত্রায় আপনারাও আমাদের সহযাত্রী হন। পাঠক, লেখক, চিত্রগ্রাহক, গল্প সংগ্রাহক — যেভাবেই হোক, আপনার অবদান আমাদের জার্নালকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করবে।
