"That One Black Cat"

What happened to us again?
Did we just fall and stumble?
It was blue sky but now it's all rain.
I don't cry and ever want to crumble.
The way you imposed your pain,
I don't think I can stay with you again.
Little but strong it feels,
I've got myself for real.
I don't want you to change your mind,
But it is so hard for me to rewind.
These episodes are recurrent,
And this time, I may not have my patience.
I won't cry or beg for your mercy,

I wanna dance with the universe, 

I wanna dance in joy.

I feel everything, I feel at peace. 

All I lost, were not losses.

The stars and the moon showing me a path,

Showing me a new way for a new start.

I was wondering if I would get the key,

Happiness lies within, we just can't see.

Here the moon says it's alright;

Some times you just sit and don't fight.

In the end you get what you lost.

Just don't dive too deep or you'll be lost.

All we get in life are never meant forever.

বছরের শুরুটা বেশ ভালোই কাটছে —বেশ কয়েকটা কাজের সুযোগ এসে গেলো। হঠাৎই এসে গেলো (তবে তার আগে অনেক পাঁপড় বেলেছি 😄)। লিখলাম Web কনটেন্ট একদম scratch থেকে, ভিডিও Scripts, social media contents আর SEO-backed motivational blogs. ভালোই earning হলো। Total 8 দিনের কাজে পেলাম INR XX,###. কত earning করলাম সেটা বলাটা important না, কারণ এতে অনেকের অনেক কিছু মনে হবে। আমি নিজের Finance আর ব্যক্তিগত জীবন কে খুব একটা disclose করতে কখনোই ভালোবাসি না—-তবে কি করে এটা সম্ভব হলো সেটা নিশ্চই জানাবো।

আমি এক পক্ষ আগে একটা manifestation করেছিলাম। লিখেছিলাম আমার কি amount চাই আর তার বিনিময়ে আমি কি দিতে পারি জগৎকে। Well, অনেকেই ভাবেন Manifestation বলে কিছুই হয় না—-আমার ঘরেই এরকম চিন্তা পোষণকারী মানুষ আছে। তারা প্লিজ এইখানেই এই লেখাটা পড়া বন্ধ করে দিন—এ লেখা আপনার জন্য নয়। সবার জন্য সব কিছু হয় না—-তাই অন্য কিছু দেখুন বা scrolling শুরু করুন।

জীবনে যা কিছু করেছি বা পেয়েছি সবই এই সাইন্স টাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে। আমি শুধুই manifestation এ believe ই করি না, তা use ও করি। সঠিক ভাবে করতে পারলে it is very very effective. এক বছরে ২৩ টা বই পড়া মোটেও easy ছিল না আমার কাছে, এরকম আরো কত কিছু আছে যা আমি করেছি যেমন নিজের health revive করা, spiritual milestone achieve করা, safe pregnancy journey, safe baby ডেলিভারি, relationships, অগুনতি আরো অনেক কিছু —-- I manifested it in reality with the power of the Universe. Anyone can do anything in the World. The process is same, there’s no secret.

তো চট করে দেখে নেওয়া যাক, কি করে তা সম্ভব হলো :

Manifestation এর বাংলা অর্থ হলো প্রকাশ বা উদ্ভাস: মনের যা কিছু চিন্তা ভাবনা থাকে তাকে বাস্তবরূপে দেখতে পেলে মনে করবেন আপনি manifest করেছেন। এর জন্য যেটা দরকার তা হলো একটা বিশেষ state of mind —-strong desire. শুধু wish করলেই হবে না, বা pray করলেই হয় না —দরকার একটা প্রবল মনের ইচ্ছা —যেটা না থাকলে manifest করা যায় না।

Wish পর্যায় থেকে Desire পর্যায় যেতে এই stage গুলো অতিক্রম করতে হয়:

👉 প্রথমেই নিজের মনে মনে ঠিক করে নিতে হবে যে কত টাকা চাই (টাকা ছাড়াও আরো অনেক কিছু চাওয়ার থাকতে পারে যেমন : good হেলথ, education, higher studies, skill এবং আরো অনেক কিছু ) . নির্দিষ্ট করে সেটা চান। যেমন নিজের মনে একটা amount ফিক্স করুন।

👉 ওই টাকাটার বিনিময়ে আপনি কোন স্কিল আর কতক্ষন তা utilize করতে চান, সেটাও মনে মনে ফিক্স করুন। যদি fitness চান, তাহলে কতক্ষন এক্সারসাইজ করবেন আর কি এক্সারসাইজ করবেন তাও ঠিক করুন।

👉 এবার একটা time ও স্থির korun, যে সময়ের মধ্যে আপনি ওই result টা পেতে চান—-১ মাস, ২ মাস, ৬ মাস, এক বছর যা খুশি।

👉 এইবার নিজের desire fulfil করার জন্য একটা প্রপার প্ল্যান তৈরী করুন। নিজে না পারলে, professional help নিতে পারেন। ধরুন আপনি tutions করেন আর পসার বাড়ানোর জন্য আপনাকে online tution দিতে হবে। আপনি X amount earn করতে চান ৩ মাসের মধ্যে আর তার জন্য আপনি আপনার দীর্ঘ দিনের teaching স্কিল use করবেন। এর জন্য কোনো প্রফেশনাল এর সাথে কনসাল্ট করতে পারেন কি করে আপনার টার্গেট student রা আপনাকে online এ খুঁজে পেতে পারে আর connent করতে পারে।

👉 এবার লিখে ফেলুন খাতার পাতায়, মোবাইলের screen এ, গুগল Doc, ডায়েরি, যেখানে খুশি। লিখুন: আমার Desire (মানি, health, skill ডেভেলপমেন্ট, etc ), আমি কি offer করবো তা পাওয়ার জন্য, কত দিনের মধ্যে পেতে চাইছি, এর জন্য আমার কি কি প্ল্যান আছে।

👉 মুখে বলে পড়ুন লেখাটাকে, পারলে সারা দিনে বেশ কয়েকবার পড়ুন যতক্ষণ না পর্যন্ত মনে হবে ‘আরে এতো আমার কাছে আছেই’ . যত জোরালো হবে ফিলিংস, যত ক্লিয়ার হবে desired বিষয়ের পিকচার নিজের মনে, তত আপনার মনের ইচ্ছা manifest হওয়ার chance অনেক বেড়ে যাবে 🧲🧲🧲।

Disclaimer:

🚫তবে কখনোই কোনো খারাপ কিছু ম্যানিফেস্ট করতে যাবেন না। যেমন রাগ হলো তো কারোর জন্য খারাপ চাওয়া বা কারোর ক্ষতি করার চিন্তা এক্কেবারে মাথা থেকে বের করে দিন। নাহলে চিন্তা গুলো আপনারই ক্ষতি করবে। আমাদের Subconscious mind বোঝে না যে আপনি আপনার জন্য চাইছেন না অন্যের জন্য চাইছেন। ওই জন্য শুনবেন, অনেকেই এই প্রার্থনা করেন যে ‘সকলকে ভালো রেখো মা’
সকলের ভালো হওয়া মানে আমারও ভালো হওয়া। চিন্তা ভাবনা সবসময় harmonious হওয়া দরকার—-যাতে সবার ভালো হয়।

Like attracts like. ভালো কিছু চিন্তা করলে জীবনে ভালোই হবে, খারাপ চিন্তা করলে খারাপ।


এবারে বলি আমি কি করে পাঁপড় বেলেছি 😄

আমার Desired amount fix করার সাথে সাথে আমি আমার work plan করি। Networking করা শুরু করি যারা যারা আমার field of expertise এর সাথে যুক্ত আছেন। পুরানো ও নতুন সবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করি আর জানাই যে I am open for these sorts of services. নিজের আবার পোর্টফোলিও বানানো থেকে শুরু করে contract paper create করা, নিজের skill গুলো আবার brush up করা—-সব ই করেছি। আমার service গুলো কে customize করা ও pricing set করা সব থেকে বেশি challenging ছিল। তবে patience রেখেছি যখন কোনো opportunity দেখতে পাচ্ছিলাম না। ভেঙে পড়িনি। আমার মেয়ের হাসি মুখটা আমায় অনেক ভিতর থেকে শক্তি দেয়। I feel so grateful and I thank my Lord Jagannatha for his guidance, Love and blessings 🙏.

Career Break করেও আবার come back করা যায়। কি ভাবে আমি সেটা করছি, সেটা আর এক দিন নিশ্চই বলবো।

⚓কত টাকা earning করলাম সেটা না বলা আরো কারণ হলো I don’t want to fix your desired amount. You can put any number as you wish. কিন্তু সবার জন্যই process টা same. যদি কারোর ভালো হয়, এটা জেনে, এই কারণেই share করা। যদি ভালো লাগে, শেয়ার করতে পারেন।
