✨ Ingredients:
300g fresh paneer (crumbled / grated)
1 tbsp oil & ghee
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 large capsicum (finely chopped)
1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
1 medium carrot (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
🍳 Method:
1. Heat oil & ghee in a pan.
2. Add onions. Sauté until onions turn golden.
3. Add capsicum ,tomatoes, carrot , turmeric powder and salt. Cook until veggies turn soft.
4. Add crumbled paneer and mix gently. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
5. And Soya sauce and Tomato ketchup for a tangy taste. At last, sprinkle fresh coriander. Mix well and turn off the flame.

Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice for a wholesome and satisfying meal.
