Meet Bhavna Tulsian, an innovative entrepreneur with a passion for learning and creativity. Armed with an MBA in marketing, Bhavna embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding The Sunshine Co. in June 2022, amidst the challenges of a lockdown. Her inspiration? Empowering people of all ages to discover new hobbies and skills, regardless of circumstances.

The Sunshine Co. began with the simple yet profound idea that connections and enjoyment can thrive through shared learning experiences, not just social gatherings. Today, this ethos remains at the core of the company’s mission. The co. is into taking workshops (beginner-friendly workshops to advance) and organizing events (decor and activities of all types) for all age groups.

We plan workshops; Summer/winter camps, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, office picnics, date nights, girls' day out and all things fun. We also specialise in providing professionals and experts in the creative field, connecting them to provide Vocational Training.
The Sunshine Co. prides itself on fostering a culture where learning is synonymous with enjoyment. Bhavna’s expertise in management and marketing has enabled her to build a capable team that excels in organizing and executing a wide spectrum of creative activities, from arts and gardening to yoga and fitness.

Early in her career, the incredibly gifted designer Vanshika Bidasaria never considered starting her own business. Her route was not intentionally planned or mapped out; rather, life unfolded in a way that led her from one endeavor to the next until the thought struck her: why not create her own path?
Thus, in 2022, Vanshika Bidasaria Design was established. She has been effective in creating dream tapestries out of vacant residential areas.

Vanshika vowed to infuse a unique vibe, and a distinct feel, ensuring that no two designs mirrored each other. Her canvas was vast, her palette infinite, and her ambition—to create not just spaces, but experiences.
The initial tremors of fear that had once rattled her confidence gave way to a resolute courage, fueled by her endless desire to learn and evolve. In the dance of light and shadow, form and function, Vanshika's designs became more than structures—they became stories, whispered in every corner of the spaces she brought to life.

Juhi Goenka always had a creative spirit and a strong desire to pursue a career in a creative field. She took the first step towards this goal when she purchased her own DSLR camera, and she soon discovered a passion for photography.

During her summer vacations, Juhi would attend photography workshops for fun, where she would learn more about the craft and hone her skills. After completing her studies in Mass Communication & Videography from St Xavier's College Kolkata, Juhi knew that she wanted to pursue a career in photography and videography.

In 2018, Juhi started focusing on building her brand, , as a freelance photographer and videographer. Specializing in product and food photography, Juhi quickly gained a reputation for her exceptional work and a keen eye for detail. She also began taking on fashion and e-commerce shoots, expanding her portfolio and broadening her skills.

As her reputation grew, so did her clientele. Juhi's skill and dedication to her craft led to her receiving more and more projects through word-of-mouth recommendations. Today, Juhi's work takes her all over India, where she continues to capture stunning images and create beautiful visual stories.

Midushi Bajoria’s () journey as a designer started when she was a child who would often quote, "I want to be a fashion designer," when asked what she wanted to pursue in life.

The world of glitz & glam always fascinated her and soon she joined the Pearl Academy of Fashion. Post this, she worked with world-famous designers - Manish Arora & Sabyasachi Mukherjee - who inspired her deeply.

Midushi Bajoria started her label, , during the national lockdown with the belief "Clothes for All", a brand focused on luxury pret ensembles. Along the way, she picked up various crafts and techniques from indigenous master craftsmen from across India to transform her vision of designing dream clothing for her clients. Her motto: To showcase India's indigenous craftsmen in each of her collections.

Midushi Bajoria's brand philosophy is rooted in clothes that reflect love and uniqueness. She always strives to meet and exceed her clients' expectations with clothing that is a form of self-expression and aims to create garments that reflect her clients' true selves while adhering to the brand's design aesthetic. Nidhhi Dewan is a true warrior in every sense. She overcame all difficulties to take care of her family. Nidhhi lost her husband due to Covid, and the responsibility of two kids and a 74-year-old mother-in-law with a heart condition came to her shoulder. All this was happening when she was recovering from severe burn injuries. But this fire only made her stronger, as she spread her wings to fly from the ashes like a magnificent phoenix.

Nidhhi and her mother-in-law Mrs. Chanchal Dewanand founded SaasBahuVenture - a small venture started with homemade spices made with love and traditional family recipes passed down from their grandmother. These spices are made from high-quality ingredients and have a scent that can take you back to your childhood. With SaasBahuVenture Masalas, you can taste the nostalgia in your food.

They gained a following of over 500 families on social media as a result of word-of-mouth recommendations for their qualities. Today, their small initiative has grown into a full-time business, offering a wide range of 100% fresh and authentic MASALAs and cake pre-mixes. SaasBahuVenture products are produced maintaining complete hygiene in Nidhhi's own kitchen. Their product has been appreciated on Salam-Namaste Radio Station and published on the cover page of Grehlaxmi magazine. They also featured on Umar Ujala and India Story Project.

Vidushie Shriya Kandoi (), who was born and raised in the tiny town of Kanpur, has always used art to express herself. Pen and ink, acrylic on canvas, wood, watercolour, and even digital painting on Procreate are just a few of the mediums she enjoys experimenting with as an artist. But Vidushie's life started in a different route, as she completed her graduation in architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and worked for years on various projects.
Yet in the end, she could only express herself via art. Because of this, Vidushie's artwork embodies her life, experiences, journey, feelings, and emotions.

Vidushie's professional art career started when a client approached her for a painting. In 2013, the idea of a customised art consultancy service started under the name of Vidushie Shriya Kandoi (). Creating a customised art piece with a mix of the client's tastes and personal preferences opened a whole new colour palette to her.

Today her artwork encompasses a wide range of mediums, including digital and physical, pop-colour acrylics and pen and ink, canvas, paper, and even hand-painted wooden frames. These specialised paintings are used to spruce up both residential and commercial locations. In addition to private companies like Century Ply and Aditya Group, Vidushie has worked with SAZ American Brasserie, Pings Café Orient, and the US, Swiss, and Moroccan Consul Generals.

Today she can proudly say that her clientele extends outside Kolkata to Delhi, Mumbai, Kanpur and Dubai. Vidushie's work has been exhibited at The India Story Exhibition in Kolkata, and the Emami Gallery Store Exhibition, and has been featured in print media by The Telegraph (t2), online interior design websites and platforms including interiorlover.in, chakkar.com and Talenthouse, a distinguished online global art platform. Going forward, she is working hard to grow both nationally and internationally and participate in the prestigious India Art Fair, the Kochi Biennale and even on the world stage.

Lipika Dudhoria (), a Master in Business Administration opened her own designer blouse studio, V Cut () in 2014. The goal is to organize the unorganized darzi sector and provide a fast, on-the-go solution to every woman's blouse stitching problem.

Following the vow to guarantee its service reach as many people as quickly as possible and the pledge to make Indian clothing more accessible and more inexpensive, V-Cut started expanding to have 25 stores this calendar year. For the Indian consumer, V-Cut represents the growing and rising trend of rapid fashion and speedy deliveries.

After becoming well-known in the fashion industry, Lipika decided to work with her brother to renovate their ancestral palace in Murshidabad. The "Bari Kothi" (), which is 4 hours from Kolkata, situated on the banks of the River Ganges, was miraculously transformed over 5 years into the first rustic, opulent historical hotel of East India.

Lipika and Darshan, a brother and sister team, hired Dr. Samar Chandra, a Canadian restoration specialist architect, to restore Bari Kothi, which eventually became a zero-waste project. Bari Kothi operates on the concept of adaptive reuse and is entirely maintained by the neighbourhood. In Bari Kothi, Lipika Dudhoria is head of all operations. Along with her brother, they built the region's first heritage hotel, opening the door to environmentally friendly and socially responsible travel that makes full use of the neighbourhood.

Bari Kothi currently has 15 suites, 3 dining options, and 50+ carefully chosen experiences. In line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, Bari Kothi actively promotes ethical and eco-friendly travel. Every decision is based on its dedication to serving the neighbourhood in which it works. Since its start, Bari Kothi has focused exclusively on rethinking and redesigning tourism.

MentAmigo () is a mental health services platform that strives to become 'Your True Mental Wellbeing Partner' by giving you a safe, private, judgment-free, and secure space to speak with qualified and trustworthy mental health professionals.
The idea of the organization came into place when the Psychologist duo Tanvi Jajoria () and Avnish Mishra () recognised the gap in mental health organizations in terms of the lack of qualified professionals and loopholes in ethical practices, such as maintaining confidentiality, providing quality services etc. During their work experience in hospitals and online therapy platforms, they found that these concerns were not being addressed properly, hence the duo decided to start MentAmigo.

The goal was simply to become a one stop solution for mental health care that's ethically grounded, accessible and affordable to the masses.
Tanvi and Avnish created a platform that is both client and therapist focused. MentAmigo values the opinions and suggestions of clients and team members and does all within its power to make the experience as enriching as possible.

After starting in June 2022, MentAmigo has had a good run. In the beginning, they were providing Individual Therapy Sessions only, but today Avnish and Tanvi's team provides multiple services like Couple Therapy Sessions, Support Groups, Webinars/Workshops and Employee Assistance Programs with Individual Therapy Sessions. Rutuja K R Jadhav () is an architect who speaks of its time and place but aims for timelessness. Due to the contacts of her father and her mother being an interior designer, her training started from a very young age. Rutuja has been employed since her college days, this experience made her strong & confident when she founded SEON ARCH (), on January 5th, 2021.

During Rutuja's 4th year of studying, she got bungalow design projects and an interior design project for her brother's cafe. At first, she started with a little bit of nervousness, but during the project, she did remarkably well dealing with the vendors & managing the team and finances as well. Despite this being her first project, Rutuja leads the team to deliver excellence, from design to ex*****on. This gave her experience in how to manage my project & team and gave her the idea of SEON ARCH. As a young designer and entrepreneur, Rutuja and her firm are open to experimenting and exploring.

SEON ARCH () creates architectural and interior planning and designing. Rutuja and her team work closely with the clients from conception to completion, according to their brief as well as guide them as per their needs to streamline the procedures, more efficient workflow and overall business growth. Through old and new construction techniques they solve the difficulties for the long-term maintenance of the structure. Rutuja has experience in design, interiors, construction documents, and construction cost estimates. Currently, all around Maharashtra, they are working on various projects, also designed a bungalow plan recently developed in Punjab, Amritsar.
