🇮🇳 ANDAMAN DIARIES | FINAL DAY 🇮🇳

Our last day in Andaman wasn't spent on a beach.

It was spent in a place that reminded us why we are free to visit those beaches today.

We visited the historic Cellular Jail, a place that silently holds stories of unimaginable sacrifice, courage, and resilience. Walking through its long corridors and standing inside the tiny prison cells felt surreal.

One moment that particularly stayed with us was seeing the cell where Veer Savarkar was imprisoned. As we stood there, it was impossible not to wonder about the strength it must have taken to endure years of isolation, uncertainty, and hardship for the dream of an independent India.

As parents, it was also a powerful opportunity to share a small piece of our country's history with our children—not from a textbook, but from a place where it actually happened.

The evening Light & Sound Show brought the walls of the Cellular Jail to life. Through stories, voices, and historical accounts, it narrated the pain, struggles, and sacrifices of countless freedom fighters who gave up everything so future generations could live in freedom.

There were moments when the silence felt heavier than words.

We arrived in Andaman chasing sunsets, beaches, and adventures.

We left carrying something much deeper—a renewed appreciation for the sacrifices that shaped our nation and a reminder that freedom came at a price paid by people who never got to enjoy it themselves.

A trip that began with excitement ended with gratitude. ❤️

Thank you, Andaman, for the memories, the adventures, and the history lessons we'll never forget.

🌊 ANDAMAN DIARIES | DAY 3 🌊

If Day 2 was all about relaxing, Day 3 was all about adventure! 💙

We started our day by heading from Havelock Island to Elephant Beach on a speedboat, and what an exciting ride it was! The crystal-clear blue waters and stunning views along the way made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination.

As soon as we arrived, it was time for some serious fun. 🏝️

Our first adventure was snorkeling, and it truly felt like stepping into another world. We got to see colorful corals, hundreds of beautiful fish, and even spotted the famous clownfish swimming around in their natural habitat. Watching marine life up close was definitely one of the highlights of our Andaman trip.

✨ Fun Fact:
Elephant Beach is known for having one of the richest coral reefs in the Andaman Islands, making it one of the most popular spots for snorkeling and underwater activities.

The adventure didn't stop there!

We also explored the underwater world through a submarine experience, which was perfect for the kids and allowed us to enjoy marine life without getting wet.

And of course, no beach adventure is complete without some adrenaline-filled water sports! We enjoyed exciting activities like jet skiing and several other water adventures that kept us entertained throughout the day.

By the time we were done, we were absolutely exhausted—but in the best possible way. 😅

After returning to Havelock in the evening, we headed back to the resort, changed into our swimwear, and spent some relaxing time in the pool before winding down for the night.

With an early morning checkout planned for the next day, we kept the evening simple—some relaxation, a good meal, lots of stories from the day, and an early bedtime.

Day 3 was packed with adventure, laughter, and unforgettable underwater memories. 🌊🐠✨

🌴 ANDAMAN DIARIES | DAY 2 🌴

After a day of travelling and ferry rides, Day 2 was exactly what a vacation should feel like — slow, relaxing, and refreshing. 🤍

We started the morning by taking it easy at the resort, enjoying the beautiful property, soaking in the island vibes, and simply embracing the fact that we had nowhere to rush to.

The kids spent time exploring and having fun while we enjoyed some much-needed downtime. Sometimes the best travel memories aren't made while sightseeing, but while slowing down and being present with your family. ✨

In the second half of the day, we headed to the iconic Radhanagar Beach, and the moment we arrived, we understood why it's considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Asia. 🌊

The endless stretch of soft white sand, crystal-clear blue waters, and breathtaking views made it feel like a postcard come to life.

The girls had the time of their lives building sandcastles, running along the shore, collecting shells, and splashing around in the gentle waves. Watching their excitement made the experience even more special.

✨ Fun Fact:
Radhanagar Beach was ranked among Asia's Best Beaches by Time Magazine and is often considered one of India's most beautiful beaches because of its pristine shoreline, turquoise waters, and stunning sunsets.

After spending hours on the beach, we discovered a lovely café nearby serving delicious food. And to our surprise, we also found something we had been missing since the start of the trip — our favourite ho**ah! 😄

Good food, great conversations, ocean views, and happy kids... honestly, that's vacation perfection.

As the sun began to set, we soaked in the last few moments by the beach before heading back to the resort with sandy feet, tired smiles, and hearts full of gratitude.

Day 2 was all about relaxing, rejuvenating, and making beautiful family memories by the sea. 🌴💙

🌴 ANDAMAN DIARIES | DAY 1 🌴

Our Andaman adventure officially began with a 5:50 AM flight from Kolkata. After an early start and a smooth journey, we landed in Port Blair around 8 AM, excited for the days ahead.

Being vegetarians, our first mission was food 😄, so we headed straight to Annapurna Restaurant, a popular spot in Port Blair, and enjoyed a delicious South Indian breakfast before continuing our journey.

Next up was the ferry ride! We boarded the 12 PM ferry from Port Blair and reached Havelock Island around 2 PM. The views during the ride were absolutely beautiful and gave us our first glimpse of the stunning Andaman waters.

From the jetty, we drove to Silver Sand Beach Resort, our home for the next few days. After checking in and freshening up, we couldn't wait to explore, so we headed straight to Kala Pathar Beach.

And what a beautiful welcome it was! 💙

Crystal-clear turquoise water, black rocks lining the shore, gentle waves, and a peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect first beach experience in Andaman.

✨ Fun Fact: Kala Pathar Beach gets its name from the large black rocks ("Kala Pathar") scattered along the shoreline, creating a striking contrast against the blue sea.

After clicking way too many pictures and soaking in the views, we returned to the resort where the kids had the best time at the pool while we simply relaxed and enjoyed the property.

The day ended with a lovely dinner, tired feet, sun-kissed faces, and hearts full of excitement for the adventures waiting ahead.

Day 1 was all about travelling, settling in, and falling in love with Andaman already. 🌊

No clarity about the actual cost involved for Dino World
No proper space to shoot content.
Overcrowding everywhere.
Poorly managed event.
And worst of all? Disrespect towards the very creators invited to promote the event.

Is this really what influencer marketing has come down to?

If brands and malls want creators to promote their events, bring audience, visibility and engagement — then at least make sure basic coordination, communication and shooting facilities are available.

Don’t invite creators for promotions if you don’t have the capacity to accommodate them professionally.

Because creators are not just “extra crowd” for your event.
This is our work.

Would YOU work with a brand that has no value or respect for the effort you put in?

I have been in this field since past 5 years never have I faced this problem until today
