Sometimes her anger isn’t really about the little thing that happened.

It’s about feeling unheard.
It’s about feeling unappreciated.
It’s about wanting to know that her feelings matter to the man she loves.

And when she’s upset, a loving boyfriend doesn’t always need to “win” the argument.

Sometimes he just needs to **listen.**
To stay patient.
To understand instead of becoming defensive.
