Hi all. Hope you are doing good. Today Sharing recipe of Paneer Fried rice.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
▢20 cube paneer
▢2 chilli, finely chopped
▢2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
▢½ onion, finely chopped
▢5 beans, chopped
▢1 carrot, chopped
▢½ capsicum, chopped
▢2 tsp chilli sauce
▢2 tsp schezwan sauce
▢2 tsp vinegar
▢2 tsp soy sauce
▢½ tsp pepper powder
▢1 tsp salt
▢3 tbsp cabbage, shredded
▢4 cups cooked rice
▢2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
STEPS:
Firstly, in a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 20 cubes paneer.
Fry until the paneer turns golden brown, keep aside.
In the same oil, add 2 chilli, 2 cloves garlic and fry on high flame.
Now add ½ onion, 5 beans, 1 carrot, ½ capsicum and fry on high flame.
Fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
Keeping the flame on high, add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp salt.
Stir fry on high flame until the sauces are well combined.
Add in fried paneer, 3 tbsp cabbage and mix well until the sauce is coated well.
Now add 4 cups of cooked rice and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy paneer fried rice.
