Was totally taken aback with Ankush Hazra performance in Nari Charitra Bejai Jotil. The film is streaming on Zee5.
Comedy is probably the toughest to crack, and Ankush nailed it with his fluidity as an actor. It takes a lot to show such courage in producing off beat content in todays time when the world is running after formula film. Ankush's unbelievable transformation from gangster Mirza to gully boy Jhantu will shake you up!
From Sohag Sen to Sohini Sengupta, from Oindrilla to Nabamita Malakar everyone excels. Goradia duo (Sumeet and Sahil) creates a loveable potboiler that engages you.
I am wondering why Bengali media didn't support his effort? I guess, it's time for Bengali cinema to get rid of 'club' sandwich and try some palatable stuff!
