From watching him on YouTube to hearing him live from the front rows - Miracle Minds by Sadhguru, where he met the content creators in Kolkata truly enlightened me in more than one sense.
His energy ignites a spark in the soul , that lights up any darkness you have in life . So practical in his approach towards spirituality- the words where he said human body is the most sophisticated machine and we should read and follow it’s manual or when he said concentration is all about involvement or even when he said make your living itself a state of bliss- all felt as if a treasure so close but unrecognised, yet a “Guru” who helps you value it in the right ways .
