Mix little sugar in warm milk

First, to prepare the fried masala, dry roast nutmeg, jayatri, coriander, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, fennel and dry chili and fry them well with a little salt. Grind the masala well after it cools down.
Then heat white oil in a pan and add a spoonful of butter and fry the onion until red, then add chopped tomato and fry the tomato till it's becomes smooth , when the onion and tomato are fried well, add the chicken and fry it until the raw smell goes away .Add ginger, garlic paste, salt and one more teaspoon of coriander powder and stir it well. When the oil comes out from the chicken mix it with warm milk with a little sugar and add the fried spices and give it a nice mix. Once done,dry the water and serve hot with roti, parota or rice.
