Number 𝟭: Ether body or Prana:
This is the first Prana which is connected with the body of the earth. Its point is the first chakra, that is, the first bone of the spine.

Number 𝟮: Emotional body or Prana:
This is the second Prana which is connected with all the emotions, happiness and sorrow. Its point is the second chakra, that is, the fourth bone of the spine.

Number 𝟯: Mental body or Prana. Mental body:
Some people write the soul instead of the third eye, which is wrong. Some people say that energy centers are on the right and left, which is also wrong.

Energy centers should always be opened one by one.

The term 𝗗𝘂𝗮-𝗲-𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗵 (or 𝗗𝘂𝗮 𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗵) commonly refers to three distinct types of highly revered morning supplications depending on geographical, cultural, and spiritual traditions:
1. The Kashmiri 𝗦𝘂𝗳𝗶 Tradition (𝗠𝗶𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗶) In the Kashmiri tradition, Dua e Subh is a deeply spiritual, pre-dawn congregational prayer authored by the revered Sufi saint, Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani.
𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: Recited aloud through mosque minarets across the valley right before or immediately following the Fajr (𝗱𝗮𝘄𝗻) Salah. Language: Composed primarily in Arabic with deep Persian linguistic influences.Core Theme: Supplications requesting communal harmony, divine mercy, protection from difficulties, and peace for the upcoming day.
2. General Sunnah Morning Adhkar (𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗵 𝗞𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝗶𝗻) In mainstream Islamic practice, "Subah ki Dua" refers to the compilation of protective and rewarding morning phrases (𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗸𝗮𝗿) recommended from the Sunnah.The Primary Morning Supplication أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillahi wal-hamdu lillah, la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah.Translation: "We have entered the morning and at this very time the whole kingdom belongs to Allah. All praise is due to Allah. There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Alone, without partner.
"𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴🌞
:𝗔𝘆𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗹-𝗸𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶: Recited once for complete spiritual protection from evil forces until the evening. 𝗦𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗳𝗮𝗿: The ultimate master prayer for seeking forgiveness.
Protection Prayer (𝟯 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀) :Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim.(In the Name of Allah with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heaven can cause harm).
Dua for Abundance: Asking for beneficial knowledge ('𝗜𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗳𝗶'𝗮𝗻), pure sustenance (𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗾𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝘆𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗻), and accepted deeds ('𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗾𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻).
