This film addresses the alarming rise of to***co use in Kargil society, aiming to unshackle the community from its harmful grip. It symbolizes an effort akin to throwing a stone into the sea, hoping to spark a ripple effect of change and awareness.
Purpose of the Film
The core objective of *Atay Khani* is to educate the public about the severe health risks associated with all forms of to***co use, including:

- Cool lip
Support for To***co Users
Quitting to***co can be challenging, but help is readily available through the *National To***co Control Program (NTCP)*, operating at the Old Hospital in Kargil. This program offers:
