A monthly financial assistance scheme to fight against Child Marriage
• Monthly financial assistance for girl students from HS to PG level in Govt and Govt aided colleges
• Financial support to be given as follows (per month for 10 months)
- HS level: 210,000
- Graduation level: 212,500
- Post Graduation level: 225,000
• This scheme will encourage students to pursue their higher education and will complement the already ongoing 'Free Admission' scheme of Govt
• Daughters of MLAs, MPs & Ministers will not be eligible for the scheme
Assistance to be transferred via DBT
