In the name of implementing the court order, the education-loving people of the area and local intellectuals questioned the legitimacy of entering the educational institution with a large police force and people known as 'goons' in the area. To implement the order of the District Court, the former secretary of the association, Subhash Ghosh and his companions, entered the Gobindpur Shefali Samaj Seva Samiti today with a large police force and people known as goons locally. A large section of the students and teachers of the college were naturally confused and frightened after seeing the large police force. Teaching and learning were disrupted. However, a case has already been filed in the Calcutta High Court challenging the order of the court in which Subhash Babu entered the educational institution with the police today to implement the order. The hearing of which is scheduled for the 28th. Even before the order or observation of the High Court, the local people are not looking favorably on the issue of entering the educational institution with the police.
It may be mentioned that Subhash Ghosh, who was previously the Secretary and Member of Gobindpur Shefali Samaj Seva Samiti, filed a case (TS 2/2025 No.) in the Court of the District Judge of East Burdwan District. On the basis of ‘false information and forged documents’, the Court passed an ex parte order allowing Ghosh to enter the premises of the said Samiti. After this, Subhash Ghosh filed another application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, where the Court again passed an ex parte order based on the same forged documents and granted his prayer.
Based on that order, he suddenly appeared at the college today with a large police force.
On the other hand, the President of Gobindpur Shefali Samaj Seva Samiti stated that Subhash Ghosh has been dismissed from the post of Secretary and Member of the Samiti on the charge of engaging in illegal and unlawful activities. It has also been alleged that his
