One day, a man named Tom bought a chicken from the market. The seller said, "This is a very smart chicken!"
Tom laughed and took it home.
The next morning, Tom told the chicken, "Go and bring me breakfast."
To his surprise, the chicken ran away.
Tom chased the chicken through the streets, across a park, and into a restaurant.
Inside the restaurant, the chicken was sitting at a table eating pancakes!
Tom shouted, "Why are you eating my breakfast?"
The chicken looked at him and said, "You told me to bring breakfast, not buy breakfast for you!"
