🚨 10 DAYS COMPLETED — 33 STUDENTS STILL HOMELESS 🚨

Mahbubnagar: It has now been more than a week since 33 students of the Minority Post Matric Hostel were left without proper accommodation, yet there is still no permanent solution, no accountability, and no visible urgency from those in power. What should have been treated as an emergency has instead become a shocking example of administrative indifference.

According to reports, the students were forced out after the hostel building owner allegedly took action due to pending rent payments. If this is true, the biggest question is simple: Why were students made to suffer for the failures of the system?

Metro News Updates Reporter Azhar Khan’s ground report from Boypally painted a worrying picture. The location reportedly lacks proper transportation facilities, street lights, security arrangements, and several basic amenities required for students. Instead of providing a secure environment for education, students are being asked to adjust to conditions that many parents consider unsuitable and unsafe.

Today, the Congress Party organized a Maha Dharna against the Central Government in the name of students’ welfare.

But the people of Mahbubnagar have a simple question:

What about the 33 Minority students of your own town who have been homeless for 10 days?

For ten long days, these students have been living without a proper hostel, without a study environment, and without any certainty about their future. Their education has been disrupted, their belongings remain packed in bags, and their voices continue to be ignored.

If leaders have time to hold protests for students elsewhere, why is there no urgency for the students suffering right here in Mahbubnagar?

The silence is becoming louder than the promises.

Many Minority leaders attended today’s protest, delivered speeches, and spoke about student rights. Yet not one of them came forward to meet the 33 homeless students who have been waiting for justice for the last 10 days.

Metro News Updates will continue to raise this issue every day until these students get justice, a hostel, and the dignity they deserve.
